    Today's exercise is a nice Standing Muffin Top Workout .

    ➡️ This workout is going to help target those problem areas right in the lower abdominal section, to help get rid of some of that unwanted fat in that area.

    This workout is great to help you target those lower lug handles that we all hate, and are dying to get rid of.

    It's perfect because it's a quick and effective way to get results.

    Love how the instructor explains what to do, how to do it, and why each move is effective in targeting certain areas. I’m so tired of the random people on TH-cam just doing exercises and not telling us the correct way (how) or why it’s effective. Kudos to you!

    I've tried lots of exercises that kind of work but in just days I saw results from this. I feel like I've gone back in time 10 years. I have so much strength , no stiffness and my waist has gone down in just a week. I've told all my friends about this because I cannot believe the amazing results. I can't thank you enough.

    I have been doing this workout daily for about 3 weeks and have noticed such a difference! Not only is my core do much stronger but, my jeans fit better and i already lost inches on my waist!

    Thank you so much for these workouts. I work long days plus taking care of a Special needs child really makes me exhausted. I need the exercise but long drawn out exercises puts me off. These are great to do everyday I just keep saying it’s only 7 mins so easy to fit in. I end up doing 2 . Thank you 😊 💖

      I am 71 and had 7 compression fractures a year and a half ago due to osteoporosis. I have been on OP meds since then, and have not fractured since. I need to strengthen my core and back muscles to help prevent future fractures. Would you recommend this workout for me?

      I started today with arms and thighs and tomorrow I intend to add this and another from your list. Thank you for sharing all of these! I don't do floor exercises because to be honest it hurts my body. I've got metal in my back so once that hurts I'm done but if I can prevent that I can carry on so on my feet wins the prize! You look fantastic! ✌️

    I did it. It was simple and over before i knew it.
    Im 54. Im 30 pounds overweight.
    Im certain that I can manage doing this daily.
    And yes, i did sweat. Which im kind of shocked because i feel like i didn't do tons of stuff.

    Great BIG THANKYOU.....been doing this most days for about 2 weeks now.....my gardeners back and shoulder ache has dropped off, feel more stable and balanced.....aware that I get out of bed in a more cohesive way and that my sitting posture is much better too and being a woman entering her 60th year am seeing and feeling a distinct difference around my abdomen and hips......I'm feeling good!! Have shared with a few friends and family who are also onboard!! The obvious difference to me is motivation enough to keep at it and at just 7 minutes I can do it before work and feel all good with myself!!

    Thanks for the great workout. I have a shoulder injury that prevents me from doing some exercises, I can do all of these exercises without hurting my shoulder. Makes me feel better that I can do some exercises to get/stay in shape.

    I have a severe TBI and have a very hard time with floor exercises because of all my nerve damage.
    My narcissist sister told me I'm lazy, and told me to be accountablefor my tbI, so I just stopped in 2012. Now I started again 2 weeks ago doing floor stretching, and it was killing me. I didn't feel a difference either. Just fatigued.
    Today, I started this workout, and I can feel my ab muscles again! I had a hysterectomy in 2014 and I have balance issues so I do chair yoga, but this workout really didn't mess with my balance.
    It looks like I can do this daily to work on my belly. It also helps my legs and arms.

    This workout is great as a sitting workout! I have been non weight bearing due to surgery for a broken leg. I have been modifying Mere’s workouts for sitting on a bench

      Hi there! 😉 You're so welcome! I'm glad that this workout works for you! Also, I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost etc. Also, the workouts are low impact and performed at your own pace, so you can work at a level that is suitable for you! 💪🤩

    I’m late to the party but I love your workouts !! Please continue making them I think I can do this!!! My kid section is THE WORST and I was considering surgery 😮yikes but I feel if I continue to follow you I won’t need it . Thank you so much for this

    I REALLY LIKE THIS WORKOUT!!!
    I tend to get bored when the workout is too long. Also, the EXPLANATION of the exercises WERE GOLD!!! I did similar workout and injured the costochondro muscles along my rib cage because I did not know HOW TO do the exercises CORRECTLY. Thanks for this ❤

    WOW! is all I have to say. I just stumbled upon your videos after looking and trying so many. I am super impressed and have found yours to be the BEST. Everything about them is awesome! Your voice is calming and friendly, you explain the exercises clearly beforehand and you show the posture etc when doing the exercises. They look easy, but boy they pack a punch and target the areas I need. I've done the muffin top, the full body burn I think and the arms one. I can feel muscles I didn't know I had. Hooray!
    Thank you so much Meredith for making these videos because they are encouraging, inspiring, and doable.
    I agree with many of the reviews here - they make you excited about working out even when core is very hard for me.

    Good morning from the UK. I came across your workout this morning. Lying in bed redting after a car crash a week ago. I am gutted that I can't do my usual 3 day cardio and one day body pump sessions at rhe gym due to stitches to my hand and a distral radius fracture 😢😢 its thrown my whole gym routine out Which I've been doing since November and just when i started to see results this happened.
    I am hoping to try and do this but try and keep my left hand and arm as wtill as positive 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

      Good morning from across the pond! I'm truly sorry to hear about your car accident and the injuries you've sustained. It must be incredibly frustrating to have your gym routine disrupted just when you were starting to see results. It's great that you're still determined to stay active despite your injuries. ♥ I always recommend consulting your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. These include a step jack, avoiding a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! Sending you healing vibes and wishing you a speedy recovery! 🌟💪

    Yes! A standing only workout. Please add standing only fat burning SIT. I'm not able to get up and down from floor yet. Knees and arms are too weak for that.
