      Fabulous 50's Love your walking/ burning fat & flabby arm Exercise Although ideally need to I'm a bit scared to some of the lying down one I had a hip replacement nearly 2 years Guess I'll just have to adapt them

    WOW! I'm doing the 14 day challenge, and I have to say this video really, really challenged this 72 year old. I could only do about the first 10 to 15 seconds of most of these, but I'm so proud of myself that I didn't give up. Guess I really need to work on my abs. I've been doing your walking workouts for about a month and your uplifting words help me so much in these days of quarantine. I live alone and so I'm starting to feel pretty isolated. I talk to my family on the phone, but it's not the same. Thank you so much!

    I am a guy. Enjoy following 10 minute arms no weights and 10 minute abs on back. I rotate these every other day . I also do some aerobics. I can feel my core getting stronger. Wow. Thank you. I think these videos are perfect for those over 50.

    Thanks so much I'm a cancer survivor with steel rods in my back bilateral forminal stenosis in back with 3 buldging discs in neck. I'm not giving up. If I can do it. Im gonna do it. My life has just begun.

Reading your comment encouraged me even more. One day all of us will be able to do everything including exercising without ever being sick or in any pain.     This was a strenuous and wonderful workout. I noticed it in the core, but also legs and lower back! For any other readers with lower back issues, ladies this is very do-able! Some really new moves for me, and Ive tried a lot of things. I am not in particularly good shape =(but trying to get there!), and this was quite challenging without being painful. Leg lifts can often tug on the lower back, but these are different and I felt my back was safe-but challenged. It goes into my *daily ex* playlist!! Thank you Schellea.

    Thank you for being here for me. My breast cancer returned as stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, on my left hip, in 2021. My left hip was replaced in May, 2021 and I am the fattest, most obese ever in my entire life. I used to exercise with you in 2019 but stopped when my hip became too painful. Now it is time to begin gentle movements and exercises to lose some of my blubber belly and obesity. Hip replacements do this to older people. Weight creeps on and walking outside with CoVid/Omicron is very dangerous too. Thank you for your positive encouragement. Lifts my spirits. Gods Blessings and thanks again, Kim.

    Schellea, I really appreciate these "short & sweet" workouts. I have gone through barely getting through one to doing four one right after the other. I am 78 years old and every time you say "we should think about something we are proud of" it comes to mind that I am 78 and doing these exercises. Today I did the ab workout wearing my cut of jean shorts. I don't advise that because from laying on my back I developed a nice little blister right under my waist line. LOL!

    Hi Shellea, I feel happy today because I am working out with you first thing in the mornings. Starts my day off fabulously. Thank you for all you do. I have been working out with you for several months now and enjoy every moment. I am on vacation and did some painting, cleaning and other stuff instead of exercise. Thought maybe those things could replace it. Yesterday I rested. Today I was so sore I could barely move.... The best part is when I sit down I get sore. When I'm actively working out it doesn't seem to matter what activities I do, I am not sore at all. I'll be 57 in July and feel fabulous.

    I tend to avoid floor exercises in general, but especially ab exercises. (I love your standing ab workouts!) But I decided to give this a go this morning, and I absolutely love it! I went a little slower with some of the moves, concentrating on using my abs to do them instead of merely flinging my legs around. So, so pleased! I've been doing your exercises since a friend told me about them a few months ago, and I'm hooked. I love the variety! I'll be 53 in a few days, but I feel better than I did two years ago. Thank you!

    This is the first workout I can do (minus one bilateral leg move) that targets the lower abs while it does not aggravate my spinal stenosis like most other ab exercises do. I usually only focus on upper abs because the exercises involve only lifting your shoulders and chest. However, keeping my knees bent for most of this workout I can still get a burn in the lowers. Love all your workouts.

    I am 84 and trying numerous short videos...the hardest part of this one was getting down and up again from the mat so arm and shoulder muscles must be weak. I am very thankful for your videos.

    I'm going on 52 and injured my arm & wrist in Feb. Have been using your workouts to keep fit. I normally do yoga, bicycling, free weights, etc. but these workouts have been a most excellent addition! Have saved them to my library to use while at work, away from home as well.     Ok . I’m 67, on a 10-day heart monitor, and docs say I must lose a certain amount of weight. At 60 years old I was in martial arts for 2 years and did pretty well. Now, after Covid 2x and two foot surgeries, I’m struggling to keep up with this video, and CANNOT even get my knees flat to my tummy. I will check in daily to see what progress I can make and really - I refuse to give up. Thanks for being there! Any advice on how often to do the workouts and how to alternate will be gratefully and enthusiastically accepted. Thank you!

    wow i’m 62 and learning the importance of exercise i have heart disease in my family and my cholesterol is very high i just got checked and have brought it down some so i’m on satins and it’s lowering it so my diet and exercise is a must and it’s a challenge when your on statins because it’s so much harder but i’m gonna keep doing it thanks so much i love your videos and support ❤

    Hi Schellea I just wanted you to know that after doing your exercises for about 4 weeks now and this abdomen one is fantastic. My stomach is a lot smaller and firmer than it was 4 weeks ago.. I know it’s never going to be flat again I’m 67 now but I feel great and my fitness and stamina has improved so much. Thank you so much for these videos. I live in the U.K in South Yorkshire and I do my exercises in my living room and then go for a walk in the lovely countryside near my house. Thanks again. Julie xx

    I've just finished this workout as well as two other of yours and I feel great. I also did a daily stretch and felt so relaxed and happy after it. Your videos are amazing, very happy I found you.     I've been doing this the last 3 days and am surprised how easy they are yet how the next day you feel you've had a work out. I've always skipped ab toning as they are just too difficult and hurt either my neck or my back being 51! This is perfect thank you. Originally found you through make up, but now do hair, make up and exercises with you 🥰.

    So I went to my Chemist/pharmacy for my monthly weigh in and only 2 kgs this month. However it is still going down and clothes are getting loser so as long as it is going in the right direction i am very happy. I have lost 8 kgs in 3 months.I don't know about anybody else but i am not looking for a quick fix i am doing it slowly but permenatly and these exercises are really helping. i am such a fan. I hope these posts are encouraging others on this feed. Mirelle x

    This was excellent! I've been a member of the YMCA for over two years and in this time of shutdown, they have been producing videos but I absolutely do not care for them, even though I try many. Yours popped up, and I'm glad. I feel energized after this ab workout!

    I had lost a stone and a half in weight and was suffering from lose skin then, I found fabulous 50s and the skin is tighter on my arms and belly.
