I have not seen any new videos by Andi lately so I am rewatching older ones. She is so cheerful, I can forget how hard the work is. She makes exercise like being with a friend.
I'm turming 68 and have hip and knee pain. This routine, I was actually able to do without causing a lot of pain. I love exercise, but it always grinded my hip and knee. This routine is great!
Just done your work out. It surprised me that I felt a bit out of breath when I finished but I haven't exercised in far too long. I'll be 70 in a few days so I think this is just right for me to build up with. Clear instructions and I appreciate that you say mind your knees, do what you can etc. I'm a lot more unfit than I look.
You gave great directions. 73 and we walk 3x/wk but my thighs still giggle and my stomach! I used to teach exercise classes a hundred years ago....so a tip. For example....if things are too complicated always learn the footwork first, then add arms/hands after you've mastered the feet. Thanks again.
You are great! Ive just started my journey with weight loss and needed to build muscle because of health limitations (copd, RA, bad disks, and more) covid came and i took to the couch with a bag orlf chips and a package of oreos! Oops many years later this 53 year old is all the sudden an 89 year old. My muscles shriveled away and i gained 40 lbs! Now I'm reinventing myself! Eating 1200 calories! sugar free! Better choices and exerciseing everyday! Im even drinking tons of water! I started with the chair exercises and then easy resistance bands but im ready for this style! I think this os going to be a great addition to my workouts! Thank you!
Ha, yes, I was an avid hiker before Covid and here I am today, listless and can barely climb a flight of stairs without feeling like I have climbed Mount Everest. Geezus! And it’s not that I am overweight, I simply have no energy. I knew it was really bad when at the grocery store I bent down in the squatting position to see a product on the bottom shelf, and could not get back up without nearly tumbling over and holding on to a shelf. I knew I had to correct myself. I am 56.
I’ll be 72 tomorrow. God blessed me and sustained me. I need these exercises. I can do them, this is my first time watching and love the moves. Good job trainer
This is the first time I have watched your video and I think you’re absolutely amazing. I am a senior and haven’t worked out for too long. I’m just recovering from surgery and your exercise routine is going to help me get strong again. I can’t thank you enough for motivating me to start exercising again. God Bless, Berta
I am 73 years old and have chronic pain, which at times is very severe. I will be having knee surgery in two months, at this time I have a difficult time walking. As a younger person I was as fit as you and LOVED to exercise. I inherited spinal disc disease and my back literally collapsed so it is now completely fussed. I have gained weight which is depressing, looking forward to my knee healing so that I can exercise with you. I actually purchased the One and Done lifetime subscription but have been unable to work out. Please send prayers for a quick recovery. Thank you for your commitment to good health!!❤
White Okay th-cam.com/users/postUgkx6K7NWahp9y3ir1gVAwysOCHOOPSnWZbw . I got it from my browser's history. I know that it's really frustrating to be over-weighted but all is possible with a strong determination. Good luck…..
Loved this 21 minute circuit with Andi. I like to keep moving and it helps to be given options on each exercise. This is the second TH-cam video I've done by her and I am hoping to find more! Thanks!
Thank you, after watching your video, I am inspired. I've already taken up very slow bike riding after a bad accident damaging and spraining ligments in my knee and leg which kept my leg straight for over two months in a metal brace. I am sure I can add your exercises and It will help me. I'm 70 years old and I've lost 60 pounds in 5 months on keto but now I need to add exercise.
This looks a routine that I can use to start me on the road to exercising. I'm 64 and been sedentary during this pandemic and recent loss of my husband. I hope to use this to ease into some good habits in my new life chapter.
After working from home at a desk for 3 years and at the age of 62, I have found that my stamina and mobility have severely decreased. So glad that I have found your videos to get me back up and going with movements that I can adjust to fit my current condition and easily adjust for progression.
Love these exercises!!! - have serious chronic pain and have a hard time doing a lot of exercises due to falling! These are easy for me to do, sometimes I make a modification, to keep standing! The instructor is fabulous and very easy to follow!!!! Going to check out some of her other videos!!!
What’s great about this is that when the instructor says right, I turn right and my movement is the same as the instructor on my screen facing me. I’ve done other workouts where the instructor says right and I have to go left to match the screen. I started at 50% playback speed but after 2 days I was up to 75% and today the second time through I was up to 100% (with some minor miscues). Instructor has a cute voice and narration. Good job!
I'M THERE ALSO!!! BUT I'VE BEEN DOING ACV FOR 2 WEEKS & I'VE LOST CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF INCHES. & POUNDS. DOING THIS EASY WORKOUT WILL HELP TREMENDOUSLY. IT'S QUITE EASY AFTER LOSING 168LBS. & REGAINING 30 I FELT HOPELESS & DEPRESSED. I JUST GOT UP WATCHED A FEW MINUTES OF SILVER SNEAKERS & I WAS ON $ CRACKING ALL DAY, EVEN SLEPT WELL. COME ON LET'S DO THIS FOR OUR LIVES!!! 💞😘💞 jw.org
Hi unless you move you won’t lose I have neuropathy and arthritis lots of aches and pains I’m 168lbs and 79yrs I want to get to 140lbs I found Silvers exercises a bit challenging at fist but now a lot of the aches and pains have eased so keep moving have fun life is short
I'm looking for something I can do that won't cause pain in my feet. I have neuropathy in feet, and a ligament in left foot that never has healed. I use to be a power walker, raised, trained and raced sled Alaskan Huskys, and owned 6 horses. I weighed 125 lbs. Now,, years later, I weigh 200 lbs. Unable to walk like I am accustomed to.

Thank you for providing these exercises. I intend to begin a regular routine and look forward to enjoying the results. All the very best and a prayerful wish for many blessings to you and your loved ones.
I am 79 and would love to lose just a couple of inches off my waist. These exercises seem completely doable (once you get the co-ordination correct😜) and planning to start today. Not a lengthy process too and I aim to be consistent. It would be really motivating if someone can share their success story with this routine. Thank you

I'm 61 and went through cancer. Gained all kinds of weight. Now I am trying to find a good exercise program. This is a good one for my belly. I felt that workout in my abdomen. Thanks for the awesome workout!
Thank you for doing this! I'm recovering from surgery and wanted something to ease myself back into exercise. This feels perfect and I look forward to doing some type of light exercise every morning!
You are so good, Meredith! I just tried this one for the first time today after finishing your Beginning One and Done Program! These videos you make give me the feeling like you're truly right there and remind us about proper form with each set. That's important! I NEED those reminders! ;) I have your voice in my head, "Quality not Quantity"! Thank you for developing these programs that are fun and energizing. But most of all, I'm thankful for your caring, empathetic personality that exudes with each video. I am so proud to be moving to the Intermediate level videos now!
This is great and do-able I think! I suffer from a lot of chronic pain conditions and chronic fatigue so most exercise routines are impossible....but this I will defo give a go!! Thank you 🙏🏽

My knees sound like metal scraping concrete when I do squats. I'm nearly 68, and this looks like moves I can do without straining the knees. I need this so much to help with my core, and balance.
Andi is such a great instructor. Pre-Covid, I used to love Silver Sneakers classes at my local Y. It's too bad Silver Sneakers was taken over by Medicare (dis)Advantage and commercialized.
I've always loved working out, aerobics, kick-boxing, 5K running etc. Had a bad fall this year and hurt left butt hip! and hairline pelvic. soo, tap, tap, turning out was an ache and a laugh with me and my husband! watching. But I'm doing it! she's great! I love her technique. She's my bookmark. I'm 66.
Think I've finally found a workout I reckon I will be able to do. I'm 68 have arthritis and this doesn't look to difficult or painful so i'll be giving it a try. Thx. xx
Unflexal unlocking your hip flexors instantly breathes new life, energy, and strength into your body! I experienced immediate results. I've been able to loosen up my hips, decrease back tightness, and even workout harder. With so many people suffering with hip pain out there, this program is a great tool for anybody that wants to reduce pain while improving strength, performance, and overall health. Hip flexibility, mobility and strength is one of the most important things you can do to keep your overall body healthy.
Many thanks for this inspirational and informative video. Early 70s and about to be discharged as a hospital inpatient (an interesting Christmas!), so I need an easy-to-follow exercise regime - can’t wait to get started, and you are absolutely correct about making it fun - ‘keep smiling’!
Oh my gosh I'm so glad I found your channel. I've been watching your videos for a week now and I've been following along with the exercises. Watching my diet I've lost 6 pound's, I know it isn't much but I've started and that's important to me. It's a start in the right direction 😀👍🏼🎉 thank you so much. I've subscribed to your channel right here and I'll be watching. You're a joy to work out with😀👍🏼 I hope to see more of your video's. What a positive person you are I love it because your positive vibes encourages me to push my limits that have been stagnant for a while. THANK YOU💕☺️
Thanks for your video- I like your format with a demonstration and then starting the clock. Also appreciate your positive attitude and acknowledging that exercises can be modified for different bodies/abilities.

Good quick workout! I had been doing only longer workouts, but mixing in five-minute workouts is excellent! Thanks for the quick, good workout. And thanks for the closed captioning!
Thank you for your video and your positive attitude. Your exercises challenge me, being overweight, but are doable. I am looking forward to joining you each day.
Thank you! For whatever reason I thought this may be too easy🤣 for my 60 yr old body?! Did great; however, my coordination needs lots of improvements! Thanks!
Love the video and the reminder to keep practicing. As a dancer I thought it would be easy, but bad habits are surprisingly difficult break. Thanks Nick
Goodness - back to exercise after being ill for a couple of weeks.. [It’s crazy how fast we lose muscle when we’re not moving] I like staying in shape amap Thank you for this! :)
I stopped exercise years ago.. I had the worst sugar addiction.... Grandson yes my motivation..... It's only been 8 days. Cut out junk food and walking. I love this. 162 lbs..... 5'4" on my way....
I'm so glad this video show up as I was scrolling today. I absolutely love this and will return everyday until I reach my goal. Thank you for this motivating exercise, I feel like it was tailored just for me.....Blessings, Terry
For me this WAS a crazydance workout! Didn't get in all that extra stepping. I'll try at least 2x more, but prolly just go back to IMI's Bigan Yoga and Melana's "Just Do These Moves Every Morning...so much easier to follow.
Wonderful quick effective. After my first set I have to use the bathroom. After my 1st set of 2 I felt energized. Two days later I felt my hamstrings!excellent👍
Love your smile and positive energy. I felt the speed was too fast to learn the moves properly. If you as the instructor are breathing hard (yes, you are commenting as well), you may be going a little too fast for beginners.
I've lost 60 pounds on keto in 5 months. And now I'm looking to tighten up my waist and other parts of my body to try to get the skin from sagging so much because I'm seventy years old.
I am enjoying this exercise. This is my exercise when I cannot do my weekly swimming routine. I tried this for the second time in 3 sets. I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much!😘
THANK U TH-cam!! I asked and I received. This is PERFECT Dear and I do plan to do several sets without weights to warm up, then w weights to build muscle and will add a cool down!! BRAVO!!!!
I started doing this, while watching you on my tv, managed to keep up with you, until the last one. Yeah yeah , I know practice makes perfect, I’ve also got Harry James playing in the background, with me coordinating the two of you together. That kinda proves what my age is (87).I got something to look forward to in the morning. You is looking pretty cute also, if you don’t mind me saying so.
Keeping fit at any age is so important. the Fun Fit Book has fantastic advice for every stage of life.

So this workout doesn’t affect your hip & knee?
I dunno, I’m 40 with 2 hip replacements and just thinking about doing side steps and side lunges hurts me lol

i love her smile, it makes me smile back and motivated to get started
You are wonderful I have been doing this for 2 weeks, but not everyday. Am starting to do it everyday now.
First time with your class really enjoyed will differently be back thank you
IT IS A PERFECT COMPLEX OF EXERCISES! I AM FOND OF YOUR AMAZING HEALTHY IMAGE AND OPTIMISM.
Love the video and the reminder to keep practicing. As a dancer I thought it would be easy, but bad habits are surprisingly difficult break. Thanks Nick
Goodness - back to exercise after being ill for a couple of weeks..
[It’s crazy how fast we lose muscle when we’re not moving]
I like staying in shape amap
Thank you for this! :)
I stopped exercise years ago.. I had the worst sugar addiction.... Grandson yes my motivation..... It's only been 8 days. Cut out junk food and walking. I love this. 162 lbs..... 5'4" on my way....
Hello Donna, how are you doing?
I'm so glad this video show up as I was scrolling today. I absolutely love this and will return everyday until I reach my goal. Thank you for this motivating exercise, I feel like it was tailored just for me.....Blessings, Terry

I like this kind of exercise its very easy and smile wow
I really liked your video. I need to keep up with exercise. Look forward to watching you again.
Awesome! You can do it.
Gracias.
After attempting a completely crazy dance workout, I have realised this is more my starting point 😁
I love these exercises effective and doable for a senior, I can get my mojo back!!!
Hello Donna, how are you doing?
I've lost 60 pounds on keto in 5 months. And now I'm looking to tighten up my waist and other parts of my body to try to get the skin from sagging so much because I'm seventy years old.
did you take the pill or made food
Where have you been? Simple and easy to follow! I love your demonstrations. Many thanks
Thanks 🙏
I am enjoying this exercise. This is my exercise when I cannot do my weekly swimming routine. I tried this for the second time in 3 sets. I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much!😘
You're welcome!! Enjoy!
Learned a lot.
I love your workout! Soemtimes the change to the next move is too fast for me... i'm a bit behind, but eventually catch up!
Thank-you I can add this to my class--something different is always welcome!!!
Spent 2 months inactive after spinal surgery - I need this!
really like this routine it's pretty easy to learn but challenging. maybe you might want to advise some stretching for after. it's important! thanks
Thank you for these exercises. I need cardio and movement. Need to get rid of body fat and belly fat.
You've got this!
It’s called a caloric deficit

It is exactly the type of exercise I’ve been looking for..Thank you. I’m now subscribed
Hello Sharon, how are you doing?
Great thanks!
You bet!
Love this, it’s perfect for overweight beginners like me
I started doing this, while watching you on my tv, managed to keep up with you, until the last one. Yeah yeah , I know practice makes perfect, I’ve also got Harry James playing in the background, with me coordinating the two of you together. That kinda proves what my age is (87).I got something to look forward to in the morning. You is looking pretty cute also, if you don’t mind me saying so.
Trying to watch live on my Roku. Thanks
