This 10 Minute Meditation uses the breath, body scan, noting, acceptance, positive suggestion, visualization of light, and loving kindness for others to bring you to a place of deep peace and relaxation.
    Many of us ask 'How can I relax?' Well, a good place to start is to observe the body, observe the breath and then to put the attention on the forehead, and to visualize a peaceful and loving light. And that is exactly what we'll do in this 10 minute meditation. We'll also practice mindful observation plus acceptance of what we find. This can help us to take a step back from ourselves.
