It was 45 degrees with a possible chance of rain as the dark clouds filled the sky, looking like an eclipse overpowering the sun as a small portion of the sky glowed beautifully with a soft light😍 March was definitely going out like a lion🦁 I went inside just as the rain began to fall. It wasn't too light or too heavy. It was very mild and soothing as the sound of the raindrops hit the windows and sunroof. Soon after getting comfortable and settling in, I turned on the candles, fireplace, and lava lamps. I sat in front of the fireplace on a soft plush light grey rug while listening to the soft rain and to this meditation 🧘♀️ Later, after winding down, I went upstairs to bed. I slept so soundly throughout the night to the soft and soothing sounds, and the images from the dreams of raindrops in my head😴🌧😇
I have Inattentive ADHD and I will be listening to this when I get overwhelmed. This video will help my executive dysfunction to calm down so I can start working on something I have been pushing aside. Thank you.
