You achieve in my living room what I deemed only possible in close proximity of a teacher, not on the iPad through TH-cam half around the world. I am like butter now. Thank you.

Day #26 completed! This longer class helped out a lot today. I needed to work through some emotions that were bothering me but I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. All gone by the end of the practice. 😊
Love this flow. Thanks Paula. If you like I would love the same flow but with a bit more focus on the breath conected to the movment. I could really need a bit of extra help with that since I cant make them match. Thanks for 29 days so far. 🙏
Day 26/30. I'll be honest, I didn't make it all the way through. After 30 minutes, I just couldn't do it anymore. It was incredibly intense today, but probably because my head was somewhere else. I wonder why people always have to spread intrigue, envy and hate. Life could be so simple everything. Maybe I should meditate after such a day, so that I come down.
