    Hey Akshaya I want to say something. Thank you for your wonderful yoga sessions. I have a six month old baby. Before having her I suffered from multiple miscarriages. My mental health was at the lowest point. I had gained a lot of weight. During lockdown one of your videos popped in my screen while surfing for weight loss yoga on TH-cam. I love your yoga sessions. Although I couldn't do them perfectly unlike you, those sessions helped me immensely to bring back my mental as well as physical stability. I became physically and mentally fit with the help of yoga and proper diet. Thank you for being there virtually in my darkest days. Lots of love and warm wishes to you.

    Recently discovered your channel and what makes you different from the other yoga channels is the way you present yoga and the flow isn't directed toward a workout, as i mostly see yoga being treated as workout in the west. I also love how you make the flow so interesting that it covers majority of asans and is very relaxing. Looking forward to do all the yoga posted here

This was the first video of yours that I got to enjoy and I am speechless, I used to practice Ashtanga a couple of years back, but had dropped it and I am currently trying to get back to my practice.     Good day Agnes. I subscribed to the channel here after this session.
    I am basically quite fit… and have done different yoga through my years. Your authentic guidance… including the words that give further visualization to some of the asanas is rare.
    I hope you can continue strong in these roots of teaching. They are effective. I felt release, strength, and further connection in my body… that still has some things to heal.
    Do you have equal suggestions for a series to close the muscles of hiatal hernia please?

    Hey I akshya I am your big fan❤I use to do your yoga seens 7 th months I feel very good and healthy😍 but my body is triangle Shape my side butt is too heavy after delivery I have 2 kids.       Its better to diet if you want to lose weight. Quit the carbohydrates and sugar and increase your fat intake. You ll be slim soon. GL

      I am so glad 😍 my love.. PLS wear a watch and monitor your calorie burnt. Each body is different and burn differently depneding on metabolism, age, activity, intensity etc.. hencewhy I dont mention calorie burnt in sessions.
