Some bits of this beautiful class were really too hard for me today so I did what I felt right for me and left what was not. Feels frustrating at first, but I think it's a sign of trying to be attuned to your true self as it is right now. Thank you 🙏

It's day 16 and I feel refreshed after completing this workout. I am stronger and more flexible than at the beginning of this challenge. I can do binds, plough, balances more easily. Thank you Paula, you're making a big difference. It was quite a sweat though. Love this challenge. 🙂❤
Thanks for a lovely flow. I need to work at my balance. I love how this is progressing and allready feel stonger and more flexibel. I do not want this challenge to ever be over.
I'm a bit behind, but I can't wait to do this one in the morning before a long day at my desk. I'm already planning on repeating this whole 30 day sequence throughout the year, to gauge improvement and also work on my yin. I have such a hard time slowing down, and your vocal cues makes it so easy to be kinder to myself. Thank you again for these beautiful practices. They, and you, are a gift. God bless you, Paula ❤️

Love the ever-evolving signature flow interspersed with all the others❤ Such a creative and constructive way to enjoy and grow. Look forward to the rest of the journey🧘🏻♀️

Cant belive how smoothly I got theough till the floor stuff.. I was procrasscinating it till late afternoon ... super scared and then it is bed time now. So I can finish later or tomorrow. But really glad I gave it a go🥰😍 thank you so much
Wow 😲🥵 tuff but doable 😊. There were things I have never done and tried and was able to do them...THEN there were things my body said, " Ummm not today 😁 ". Thank you for guiding us through and being so kind and encouraging 😀 🥰.
My biggest challenge was listening to my body and not pushing into things i can usually do- but doing what was best on this day. great class! the encouragement to do what is best really helps. 🙏🏽❤
its my second time around doing this 30 day challenge. I love it so much. I want to commit the signature flow to memory so its automatic and i can do it on my own. thank you paula
Practice #16 completed. Great workout! Looks like you may have a sore shoulder; is that right Paula? My left shoulder is toast and generally works fine and am able to do most poses. I just don’t trust it for others, like reverse tabletop. Chaturangas are also out of the game for me! 😊
Day 16/30. I'm out. That was frustrating. It was clear that all this was not feasible for me again. My wrists are burning because they can't hold my weight or because I'm just too stupid to do certain positions. Neither is my back straight nor do I keep my balance. I don't know who I'm doing this for or why I'm doing it at all. The only thing I can do is lie down.
I am sorry it didnt go well. I have been wondering how to manage this challenge. As it has been over 10 years I did yoga every day. And that was only about 20 mins a day. Just maybe for 3 months before my wedding. So the length of these practices are way out of my reach. Luckily these poses were fine for me. But I often dont do the entire length of the practice because I.just cant fit it in my day. Or I Just brake it up to smaller bits. So I was wondering today if I should do a different shorter practice. But them Just went with doing some of it. Hope you are ok. And really try to remind our self that a little is good too
Maybe you can skip the signature flow and do a different class of Paulas. One of my favs is chill yoga flow. Definitely helped my wrist strength. It took a while. I hope you find a fav too. Best of luck.
@@annatassi4035 Thank you for your kind words. In the first moment I was so angry at myself and everything around me. But it has subsided again. I should focus on what I can do, one step at a time.
@@greergibbs6340 Thank you for your kind words. I agree, the chill yoga flows are great and I love doing them too. Paula has a lot of great videos to help you with problems like this. And she says herself, do what you can. No matter how far along you are, everything is absolutely fine.
