I always hated firelog, apparently so much that I evaded it to the extent that I have to do the soft version now and even that challenged me in finding a balance between pain, release, breath and letting it happen. I need to do more of that, so thank you for reminding me and as always for your lovely calm manner and patience. I do feel you are right next to me in my living room. You are the best
Day 27/30 Oh my god, the last days are starting. Please Paula, do something like this again next year! And please please make a meditation video with that singing bowl! That felt really good. Friday evening, it was a hard week, physically, mentally. But this video brought me down and relaxed.
