    I did this at the end of a long intense work day hunched over my laptop - it saved me! Thanks so much for the great openers. I replayed the first few minutes again because it felt so good !

    This was so comforting! As a person who cycles - that reclining pose was a challenge-had to check in with my body and not take it too far. the prompts and instructions on what to maintain really help! Thank You 🙏🏽❤

    I'm so proud of myself for coming to my mat for 20 days, every day of 2023. I've been busier than usual all this time, but I still came, even very tired, even at 9 p.m while being sleepy, and it's all because of You, and Your voice, the way you teach, it's amazing! I'm coming back every time for all of that and for the feeling I remain with after each practice ❤️. Thank you!

    Loved this more relaxing, jet challenging practice ♥ The most difficult part for me is always to understand the exact point when I have to stop, listen to my body and don't stretch my limits any further. It's difficult and it transfers to off the mat life, of course. It's a great tool 🙏
