    I literally googled yesterday why I was having sharp pain in the middle of my left sole. I found it is connected to the kidney meridian and was planning on doing yoga today to flush the energy out. Lo and behold, this is the first video that popped up! Prbly due to fancy algorithms yet I am choosing synchronicity. Thank you for your continued sharing of your gifts - very much appreciated ✨💗✨

    It is quite cold, where I live now (nordern hemisphere🥶💙❄), so whole body feeling more tight, but the pace of the seqience was perfect to warm, mobilize and release all the tissues. Got several satisfactory "cracks" through the spine. Thank you so much for the whole serie😂🌟🙏🌟💗
