    This workout has everything! I especially appreciate the time and care you put into the range of movement, posture and stretching in your seated workouts. Your explanations are so helpful too. Thank you for another year of making me healthier and stronger, I am so thankful for your hard work in making these amazing videos which are such a vital part of my life.     Thank you for this fabulous workout. It is so easy to modify and adapt to one's requirements. Even after working out with you for quite a while, I still benefit from your verbal instructions and the little nuances you look into. Your dulcet tones are 🥰..Mala said so, much more effectively😍!
    I am sorry that the number of views etc. do not match the skill and expertise you pour into each video...all I can say is, "Be proud...you ARE doing a fantastic job and you have our sincere gratitude from all around the world"
    I am sure that lots of people who are serious about improving their health are going to overcome inhibitions and do the needful to take your channel to more and more people who need it.💖

    I am 73 and used to do dance workouts I have just tried these chair workouts 45min which contain everything I need I love them THANK YOU
