You get out of them what you put into them and sitting in the chair you work different muscles. I love incorporating them into your regular workout, and in addition to my walking. You offer such a wonderful variety of short workouts that you can work in throughout the day, longer workouts, chair workout. You are the all-around package, and I am very grateful. Yeah, I have to do these exercises because of an ankle sprain - but they’re just as effective as what I was doing on my two feet. I think I feel my abs getting even more toned through these exercises. This ankle sprain may be a catalyst for me to push even further into my fitness-for-weight-loss journey. So incredible!

Love this workout. (although I find it easier to follow when there is some verbal direction) Maybe next time I’ll add some weights. We do a 20 minutes cardio workout every morning and a 25-30 minute workout in the evening with strength (using weights) and flexibility exercises. Your exercises are perfect for us. Yeah. I found this channel! I broke my foot a few years ago and when i try to do regular weight bearing exercises the pain gets to be too much. Thank you for these where i can still do a good exercise routine but limit the pain. Ps sharing with my friends who are also doing seated.

I do "look around" the various on line workouts for variety of approach, however I always come back to your workouts. They are simply presented (meaning uncomplicated), direct, engaging and focused at level where the unsure or the older participant feels supported and encouraged. Your demonstration is very helpful and easy to follow. Music a bonus too. Thank you.

I have COPD and when the weather is very hot it’s not good for my lungs so I cannot walk outside, so I do 2 of your 20 minute workouts and I get in my steps and feel energized. Thanks so much for your great chair exercises.
What a gem of a workout. An all over motivating experience moves and music; thank you. I go away after it humming the music which stays with me for the whole day and draws me back to hear again. I note it's different to your music playing on other workouts (e. g. Vocals "please don't go, stay, stay stay"). Very well chosen and top quality arrangements. If you are making the music too I say my goodness that's just fantastic.
Aww, thank you! I find the music through two companies I pay for, and then put the songs together to create playlists. Creating the music playlists is the most challenging part of doing the videos.
Just discovered this gem of a workout. I am back to doing seated workouts as I have upper foot pain again 😮💨 but have to say the cardio ones are really good. Thank you yet again Jules, would love to see more like this 😊

It was my first expirience of sitting workouts. I needed such kind of exercise because I have pain in my foot and it's difficult to do exercises standing but at the same time I must keep moving because of Parkinson. Thanks from Ukraine.

Added this one on to the 30 min seated with some standing workout and it was just what I needed for a total of 55 ish minutes today. Felt like I had some fun energy left and this definitely worked that out.
