After having a stroke and laying on the couch and in bed for months this is so helpful to stretch . I have peripheral neuropathy in feet and legs. Thank you so much .
Wow!!! Another amazing workout!!! I love that this one is full body!! And I love that it kind of focuses on posture! Between having large breasts from a very young age, growing up a bookworm & then spending the later part of my life bent over a cellphone, I’ve developed a noticeable dowagers hump… I am probably most self conscious about this because it makes me look larger than I am - more linebacker than lady. I’m hoping that with time these posture exercises might help reverse it (if that’s even possible).
You can definitely build up strength in your shoulders and upper back to help reverse it. I love the enthusiasm that I read in your comments. You're off to a great start with finding workouts that target what you want and need right now. Getting into a daily habit of healthy movement is a perfect way to start this journey.😊Btw, what is your first name? All I see is 'Musicislife8847'.

Hi! My gentle workouts are designed to be gentle and appropriate for most people. The only exercises I might suggest avoiding might be the twisting movements such as when we're bringing an arm to the side/back. I would suggest checking with your specialist about twisting movements and get their blessing to do those ones and also ask the specialist if there are any other specific movements you need to avoid. Getting some kind of movement would definitely be beneficial and my gentle movement classes are a good start.
My wife and I are so benefited by doing your videos
