I've never tried yoga before because it just doesn't appeal to me. BUT this looks like a whole new way to go. The music is very restful and angelic. I'll give this a try tonight. Thanks Jules. Annette x 🎈

Beautiful Jules great video. I think Yoga and Thai Chi, will be a great addition to your classes. I went yesterday to the Senior center, for the Yoga class. Teacher is so nice, after class she gave me this exercise to do everyday at wall. This is to help with my sore upper side near my armpit breast where I slipped in apartment. There is a gentleman John at class, he can lift his leg higher than me. Some of the Thai Chi moves with hands help with the energy of the heart. Another thing, cup your hand and hit your leg and lower back up and down for circulation. She said never lay hand flat. Same wit knee, curl your fingers and circular motion around the knee. I really like the Yoga with your other exercises. We did the dog hanging onto back of chair. Nameste!
