    Love this video, thank you Caroline. I’ve been doing yoga and Pilates for over 20 years. Now that I have advanced arthritis and a torn meniscus I was looking for chair Pilates with someone who is trained and pays attention to form. Thank you for providing challenging, fun chair Pilates! 😊 Your positive energy is a great motivator and very much appreciated.

    I do yoga weekly, but this was my first ever pirates workout. Challenging, but doable! I am 75 years old, and getting up and down to the floor is highly unlikely, so I LOVE chair workouts! I've done a few of your Chair cardio workouts, enjoy them all.

    I had recently started walking and was looking forward to getting in better shape this summer when I broke my foot. Feeling depressed and defeated, I started searching for videos to do with a foot injury. I figured "some" movement was better than NO movement. I feel like I've struck a goldmine! So many videos to choose while I heal! I can do something different every day. These videos are super challenging but I still feel successful. I do what I can while giving myself a goal to do a little more next time. Thank you so much, Carline Jordan!! You have a new subscriber in me!!

    Hi, Caroline. One of your Patreon supporters here :) So this chair pilates workout is such a great addition to the HIIT, cardio and yoga videos I am enjoying from your channel. My boot is off and I'm doing a little walking, but still sticking to chair and floor videos for the more challenging exercise. This pilates video, after I've done a few days of weights and/or cardio, is such a great way to keep moving and work the body at a different speed and style.     Caroline your chair videos are a great work out, yes I felt it doing the chair clams 😅 I loved the smooth controlled movements adding hand weights for the arms and my shoulders were really working. Thank you. 🙏🏻

    Thank you so much for these workouts! I have used many of them over the past few years. From foot surgery, a sprained ankle and a broken toe you have helped me so much! It can be depressing to not be able to workout and you have given us such a great option! Thank you for your videos!

    Feel grateful that I found ur channel. I'm uncomfortable with exercise even with swimming due to having different level of ligament tear on my acl, mcl and lcl. I thought I will only have very light exercise in the future but ur video is totally amazing. Really appreciate ur effort and passion in creating such videos ❤❤❤

    Caroline, that was wonderful! I have had 2 knee replacements, but the worst is my scoliosis. Hopefully I'll be able to get on the floor soon to do more pilates, lots of pain in my left back, but seems to help to stretch more which I love to do! Thank you for this chair pilates video, and I hope you'll have more. I have also had a hip replacement!

    Thank you for the workout, I definitely need to do more ab work because I couldn’t do the one with legs out in front and feet quickly touching , so I got on the floor to improvise with that one! I used to be so strong, but due to age, arthritis, bursitis etc… I can only go walking the last few years… no more running for me!😅 Maybe this will build my strength and stamina again. I thank God I found your channel and thankful to Him that I can still work out at 63🙌🏻

    This was a great exercise for me this afternoon. I parked myself next to a bench on the bike path next to the Sandy Motley Park in Davis and did the work out with you on my phone. It was wonderful!

    great stretching workout, thanks! I'm recovering from a torn achilles tendon, no impact & seated is perfect. Easy to modify for my healing foot.
    Just one comment/request: can you do anything to reduce the echo?

    Thank you! Five weeks post surgery to correct tibial plateau fracture (2plates, 14 pins). I still have five weeks left of no weight bearing so this program helped me to work as much as I possibly could in my current state.

    Thanks for this workout. This probably sounds crazy but I am on a long journey today in my campervan and due to the needs of my family I sit in the back which makes the journey quite boring even when there is amazing scenery as I can’t see it very well.     For Pilate exercise you were too fast, not what a Pilate alignment work. I did it in a slow motion though for a Pilate. You’re Pilate should be named AEROBIC PILATE. THANKS
