Hi Friends!
Ive gotten so many kind comments from the Hurt Foot workout video playlist, I wanted to film another full length workout video to add to the mix. If you have a broken foot, stress fracture, sprained ankle, achilles tendon tear, broken toe, broken heel, pulled calf muscle, shin splints, or another lower leg injury that prevents you from using your feet, ankles, or calves when you work out, then this video is for YOU. You can also do this video for ab, core, hip, and total body strength when you are not injured - its a challenging workout that will make you sweat!
This 30 minute floor workout video works your total body without placing pressure on your feet and ankles. Its fun, uplifting, and all levels.
ALWAYS check with your doctor before starting this or any exercise routine. When you are healing from an injury, HEALING needs to be your #1 priority. You want to come back stronger and better, so take the time to heal properly so you can come back to full health. Creative workouts can support you in keeping your muscles moving and your mind positive while you recover. I'd suggest watching this video all the way through first so you can determine if specific moves need to be eliminated. Ill guide you through the exercises, but I want you to listen to your body and if anything hurts STOP.
Injuries can be blessings because they teach you valuable lessons about yourself, your body, and moving through life. Its a great chance to work on yourself mentally and spiritually. This is a perfect workout for me in quarantine -- finished treatments for breast cancer 3 months ago and need to slowly regain my strength, after being in bed and convalescing for a year!

Hello, I am from Turkey and I suffer from a foot bone fracture since two weeks. I wear a boot and I was very sad because I could not continue my Pilates lessons. Caroline; I wanted to thank you so much for your "hurt foot" workouts. I am currently in a leg cast (day 44) from having foot fusion surgery. Your workouts are great for my mental and physical health while healing. Three years ago I had leg surgery and skin grafting after an accident and your workouts got me through that very dark period when I couldn't go to the gym every day. Fast forward to today and I knew that you would find ways to challenge me and allow me to workout in a leg cast. I know when I get my cast off and "boot" on this Friday that there are already a few of your other workouts that I'm going to try. These workouts are fantastic and challenging even without a foot/leg injury. Your positive attitude and creative workouts have provided a regular "gym rat" with cardio and core work that saved my sanity. Thank you again!

Because of covid-19, I can't go to the gym or to the pool, and I just got diagnosed with an early stress fracture in my foot so I can't run, so this workout was amazing, thank you!

I lost nearly 50kg exercising using Zumba and HIIT workouts over 2 years, and for the next 3 years I have been obsessed with exercise/fitness since.....until I rolled my ankle during a workout which resulted in a broken ankle, dislocated cuboid and completely ruptured tendons/ligaments. What a mess! And this was mid December - in the lead up to Christmas and my 6 weeks of recreation leave. My confidence was instantly destroyed....energy disappearing....and depression creeping in rapidly. Then I found your videos!
Your videos have completely changed EVERYTHING. I have been working out with you every day, and one of my family members join in with me each time - because they're inspired by your workouts too. I am an injured but recovering endurance athlete (trail distance runner and cyclist) , and I have to admit, this workout kicked my butt! I think I will keep doing these exercises with Caroline even when I am fully healed. I highly recommend everyone try and keep a hopeful heart going through your healing!!!

Oh my goodness…my butt, hips, abs… 🔥🔥🔥 and you are correct when you say I will come out of this injury with stronger abs than ever. I have never focused on abs as much as I have with your workouts the past couple weeks during my foot injury. Hey Caroline, I sprained my foot this past Saturday, and your channel has become my go-to for workouts while I'm healing. I really liked this video, because it doesn't feel like a "workout for injured people," but more like a workout that just happens to use every part of the body EXCEPT the feet. So, it's a fitness booster and a morale booster in one. :)
@@CarolineJordan Would it be possible for you to make some longer "hurt foot" workouts, like, 45 minutes or more, but all mat work? I did the one 45-minute workout you have already, but it starts in a chair, and that was fine during the earlier phases of my injury, but I don't need the chair to work out anymore.

LOVE YOUR HURT FOOT EXERCISES - I have a chronic toe joint problem that showed up about 2 years ago that changed my life from being super athletic active person into someone who cant even walk the grocery store. Great floor workouts with Caroline after my bunion surgery! I only had to modify a few of the floor balance exercises when I would have had to use my injured foot for balance. I love her positive, caring attitude.
Love theses floor workouts even though I’m not injured. I spend a lot of time on my feet and sometimes just need a floor workout.

You are a dose of medicine in the bummer of injury! So glad I found these videos! I workout regularly and yet found new and challenging moves in these videos. You know those sensors a panel audience will press in an election debate or something to show how engaged or moved they are?? There are so many times where the burn or negative self talk creeps in and your positivity and encouraging words cut through at just the right moment and push me through those last 8 reps. I wish you had a digital reading on your impact in those moments. 😂

I just had a nasty ankle sprain and in a boot now. I’m a very active mom of a 2 year old and in great shape. 4-6 weeks to heal and I can’t live without exercising. So thank you Caroline!!!

I just went through fusion surgeries on both my feet during the last several months that required a knee cart and walking boot for a few months after. I didn't exercise after my first surgery, but after my 2nd one, I started doing some floor pilates. While these were good, I wanted a little more of a full body workout that burned calories. I looked around and found your videos for non weight bearing. Wow...I love these. They get my heart beat up but I don't have to put any pressure on my feet. I wish I would have found you earlier! Thanks for doing these and for your supportive comments.

Hi Caroline! I’m a dance teacher that broke her sesamoid bone this past September doing a pirouette- yes a pirouette!!! Needless to say, I’m still in a walking boot and scooter for school (I also teach second grade at a public school). I’ve been watching your videos and finally got myself out of the dumps and tried this workout today. All I can say is THANK YOU! This is the first time in months that I feel like a human again! Thank you Caroline. Since I discovered your work outs I have managed to stop feeling sorry for myself. They are truly inspirational workouts. I have a long long way to go as once my bone is healed I have to have an op on the foot. But keeping myself in shape is really important to me so I am feeling much better about things down primarily to you.
I love your no impact floor bar workouts.! I have a severely broken ankle, a torn meniscus and I do all of your routines from my bed. Hopefully eventually I will be able to get onto the floor but I am enjoying doing the floor bar routines from my bed. When I'm feeling down and blue and so stir crazy that I can't stand being in my house one more second I put on one of your videos and it makes me feel better. I’m not sure if you will get to read this since it is an older video, but I really wanted to thank you for all the videos you have provided. I recently broke my ankle and had to have surgery, this has made me be non weight bearing for 3 months. I went from running 5miles a day to being told I could only sit and elevate my foot. The videos you provided have honestly been a huge contributor to my mental health, exercise is my time for myself to de-stress and challenge myself, when that was taken away it was really difficult to deal with.

I discovered your channel when I had a foot injury...but now that it’s healed I’m continuing to tune in to floor barre because my hips and abs are stronger than ever! I also find that I cannot do high impact like I used to, and don’t want to kill myself at the gym doing HIIT anymore. I have tried other teachers online doing floor barre, but I love your routine the best. Cannot wait for you to post more. You are so inspiring and fun to workout with! Please do more videos, foot injury workouts, like this. You have no idea how many people you're helping through these videos. My sister got so discouraged because she broke her foot and she's in a cast. She wanted to start her 2020 by losing weight, especially after the tumultuous events of her life in 2019. So it definitely was discouraging when she fell and broke her foot 2nd of January. I see her slowly getting motivated by following your videos.
Your positivity is infectious too. You have no idea of the good energy you spread with your efforts.

Thanks so much, Caroline! I am a very active person. I had surgery to remove a cyst from inside of my heel bone and a fasciotomy. I'm four wks out, and was starting to feel ready to get back into something more than just upper body. I looked at different exercises, but your exercises are by far the best!
