      This is a great workout! My only improvement would be to add a warm up. Thank you for these series. Helping me through my third consecutive ankle injury in as many years. Wish I'd found these three years ago!

    Friends, I think I might be the "Patreon in question" here, lol! Started working out with Caroline via her chair cardio workouts in February, after an injury. Then, when covid hit, she agreed to train me once/wk virtually. Caroline is smart, warm and responsive to personal fitness goals. She knows how to make great use of time, while truly creating a great relationship. She is the real deal. Absolutely authentic. She has made a HUGE difference in my fitness, my life and how I view myself in relation to fitness. I am the OPPOSITE of an athlete. I have been overweight to obese, and am now at a pretty healthy weight with a strong body. I am an "older active adult", and my quality of life has improved tremendously as a result of Caroline's coaching. You can do this. I promise you.     I had surgery one month ago. This is the first time that I’ve done any kind of work out or exercise. It felt so good and it was so safe I didn’t use my foot at all. I want to keep this up Caroline! I plan to see you tomorrow!

    This is definitely one of my favorite workouts! I like to alternate between this one and the chair cardio and strength with no equipment. But definitely more chair cardio with weights please!

    Subscribing was the best thing I could do. I love these chair cardio with weights 20 and 30-minute workouts. They have helped me to get back my conditioning after chemo and dealing with neuropathy in my feet. I loveCaroline's enthusiasm and great instructions, like "keep your shoulders away from your ears" Really helps!

    I just found another similar video yesterday, after giving up trying to find one that suited my needs through my fitness app. I have plantar fasciitis and recently re-injured it right in the middle of its healing; I'm so clumsy.
    I am in love with these workouts! I just bought my first set of dumbbells and once I hurt my foot, most of those required me to be on my feet. I did this one today and I am so happy I found your channel! I will be scrolling through for another one tomorrow!

    First time trying chair workout of any kind. Had to because of temporary foot problem. Well now I'm a believer! Great work out, especially with weights added! Went by so fast. I'll add this to my rotation even after the foot is good again.

    Found your chair workouts recently since I have injured my foot. This was fantastic, and I no longer feel like my fitness has to suffer because of my foot. Really trying to stick to regular exercise to get back to feeling healthy. I got very lazy during this pandemic, and need to get back on track. These will become a regular part of my home routine. So happy I found such a positive video. And you're not kidding ... chair cardio is NO joke! Thank you!

    i love this one! my fvorite one is knee arthritis and exercises and your chair stretch ,recovery and mobillity routine, please make a 2nd one to this which would be more challenging, and i love sharing my favorites on facebook stroke survivor grps, which i can tell you are gaining in popularity.     I’ve done about 6-7 of your workouts over the last few days and this is definitely my favorite. I love alternating the cardio with the weights during the workout.
    I’m an above the knee amputee and have struggled to find seated workouts that are challenging. Yours are definitely challenging and I love the variety of workouts you provide.
    I’ve noticed that, in addition to feeling healthier, my overall mood has improved since I started a daily seated cardio workout (my husband has also noticed).

    Thankyou Caroline. I am currently following your seated workouts. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE them. I have another 5 weeks of work due to surgery on my foot. You are a life saver with you beautiful smile and personality. Everytime you say smile, I smile everytime you say check posture, I do. I even got an able bodied friend to do a session with me she said she couldnt believe how hard it was. Today I used 3kg in the strength section, boy did that work my muscles!!! Thank you again.     I had a bad fall 2 weeks back, did some damage to one hip (that had replacement surgery 15yrs ago) and am not able to do my daily workouts for at least another month. So I tried this on my lunchbreak today - and LOVED it! Thank you. And thank you to the patreon that requested it. I will be doing it lots more over the next month.     I love the feeling of variety in this workout, due to it going back and forth between cardio only and stregnth training with cardio. Somehow it makes it go by more quickly (no offense, because I really like your workouts and have recommended them to many, but going by quickly is nice too). Are you planning to do another chair cardio with this format? It would be great! (And if I've missed another workout like this, I'd love to know how to locate it.)

    I got a screw-retained plate implant. It should stay in 5-12 month. I am very athletic and it’s a big problem mental and physically to deal with the long healing process. I did some workouts with you before surgery yesterday. Today I am in pain I hope still getting motivated doing some little workout. I don’t know how I can survive this long time.. I really workout everyday in my normal routine. Thank you so much for your great energy out there ❤

    Super heart raiser and muscle-burn here Caroline! Can you explain the theory behind holding the weights lightly? Does it have to do with enabling the muscles to work more efficiently because when gripping weights tightly, one is engaging the muscles before even beginning the exercise?
