    Hi Caroline! I'm 25 years old and I just found out that I have a displaced fracture. It's my 5th metatarsal on my right foot. This is my first time breaking a bone. I'm very active: I do ballet twice a week and walk whenever I get the chance to. My usual exercise routine has come to a stop, but your videos have been a great alternative. They have been a great way for me to get into my body. Thanks again for your positive spirit and energy!!

    I am a 68 year young wife, mother and Grammy and have only recently begun viewing your various videos, particularly the low impact diabetes 2 lower back pain types. I sincerely applaud you for your amazing spirit and enthusiasm for wellness, physically and spiritually. You obviously have a love for people! I don't usually make comments publicly, however I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that your remark, at one point of the video where you said and I quote you can wear glitter if you want to, end quote, made me laugh out loud. I am known as Ms sparkle lady with youth at my church. Lol I enjoy that it feels like you are speaking to me personally during your exercise programs. Good job!

    I second everything wonderful folks have said about you in their comments. You have become my favorite online exercise guru. I, too, often laugh out loud , and then push myself a little harder. I been blessed with excellent health for my 78 years , but bad habits have caught up with me. Although I have a perfectly good cardiologist and pulmonologist on board, I’m putting my faith in your mantra that exercise is medicine. Thank you!!

    Hi Caroline!! Great 30 minute low impact. 😊 My 1st time on this chair 🪑 workout. I felt like you could see me when you said”and if you’re using dumbbells…”(I was) and later when you said “if you’re using leg weights” (i was) wow! It’s only my 2nd day using both. Thank you for your plethora of workouts!! I’ll be 75 in June and getting stronger with you weekly!!

    I am recovering from a foot and ankle injury and was really missing movement and this is exactly what I needed. You have a great pace and I have to actually push myself with many of the exercises which makes me so happy and feel so much better in my recovering body. Thank you so much and I will probably continue doing chair workouts because of you even after recovery. They are so accessible and easy to get myself to do.

    I am a 71 year old partially disabled man attempting to improve my overall physical condition. I am going to the gym and spending
    1 hour on various elliptical machines two times a week. I am about two weeks in your program using it 3 times a week. It was more difficult than I thought at first and I was doing half of your program. Today was the second time I did the entire thirty minutes.
    I have seen progress which is positive.

    Great workout! Day 2.5 of my fourth covid infection, (fully vaxed and boosted) started Paxlovid this a.m. and did the workout....not my normal routine but a great step in my healing.

    Just as a PSA to those who, like me, can't have any weight on the legs at all - five of the fourteen exercises in this video are standing rather than seated. Low-impact, for sure! So I'm sure it will work well for most. But for those who can't stand; once Caroline gets to her feet, the circuit is over.

    Hi Caroline I love this video. However because have a fractured knee at the moment and I am supposed to be non weight bearing I would appreciate if you could please create more upper body exercises. I especially love arm jumping jacks and stretches.

    Wanda ..; triple wrist fracture and a Noomer. They recommended. your videos and the videos really are great. This 30 minute chair workout is hard work if you are totally out of shape but I am not afraid of falling over for a third time so I'll be back tomorrow ... or maybe later today. Thankyou so much

    Was recommended your seated workouts by a friend and I'm so glad. I've been on crutches for weeks with a tibia fracture and am non-weight bearing. So, I couldn't do any of the standing exercises. And, the arm exercises were brutal because arms bearing all my weight on crutches are already pretty stressed--so, I had to take breaks. But I'm excited to do this workout every day to gain strength that will make my life on crutches easier (4-5 more weeks!).

    One month ago my galldbladder have been taken off. Every exercise here has been nice, I've only addapted the arm extension with the body folded in front: sitted. Thank you so much, I will keep doing and in a few days I will try the other videos ;)

    Hi, this is the first time I have done one of your chair workouts. I enjoyed it. However, I only have one leg therefore the standing hamstring curls and leg adductor/abductor ones I couldn't do (I can stand on my one leg and squat so that was ok). Could you perhaps include options for when you can't stand please? Getting on the floor to do hamstring curls on my stomach isn't really an option as it takes a long time to get down and back up again! thank you x

    I have degenerative disk disease and at 62 my bones are really "old" Neorosurgeon told me 2 years ago I needed a very complex surgery.. I was having occasional sciatic and low back pain then but was dealing with it.. then a little over a year ago I literally tipped a computer chair over reaching to look thru the blinds for an expected fed ex truck.. The chair flipped and I hit my tailbone bad! havent been able to feel my big toes since.. Followed some bad excercise advise and was doing stretches for hamstring... It made my neuropathy worse...Any suggestions? I am in severe pai n with sciatic in right leg to foot..neuropathy has also moved to left foot.. numbness is maddening , any suggestions for me?

      Hello, your doctor should guide you appropriately. I have hypothyroidism so it is very hard to loose weight, my cholesterol went up from the meds so my doctor told me to go on low fat diet and avoid dairy. I completely cut out red meat from my diet ( eating chicken, fish and turkey ). I use plant based dairy. Almond milk, oatmilk, cheese and butter all plant based.
      Cut out fried food and fast food 90%.
      I started walking 5 mins one way and 5 back, I increased it to 25 mins one way, 5 min increments over 6 months or so. I also started working out at home with TH-cam 10/ 30 mins every day. Make sure you do warm up before working out and stretches afterwards.
      I have lost 18/20 lbs and YES 4 dress sizes. Have lost inches everywhere. It came off slowly but I didn’t stop and then saw it coming off gradually. It took a year but when you see results you want to do more.
      I have lots of energy, my tummy is finally calm and quiet, no more bloating, I don’t feel lethargic in the mornings like I used to and sleep peacefully at night.
      Start today just for 5 mins, make changes when you are ready and gradually. You can always have your guilty pleasure but limit it.
      Long winded but I hope this truly motivates you. God Bless 🤞🏻
