I did this at work during a lunch break and it was great! My mom has glaucoma so she has to be careful with keeping her head over her heart during exercise. I shared this workout with her and she loved it, too! Thank you!
It always amazes me how much better I feel even after your short and slow routines. It's taught me a lot about properly working out- it's not about vigorousness but intention.

I’ve recently been very poorly with a 9 day spell in hospital which means that I don’t have the strength to do the routines of yours that I normally do. I have been doing your recovery after poor health routines but then found this seated one. Wonderful! Perfect routines to help regain my strength and flexibility before I can progress to the routines of yours that I usually do. Thank you

Hello Katja, I have lumbar spine problem , can you please from where to start your videos so that my lower back pain goes away , I did physiotherapy but the pain came back. Pilates help me to relieve pain

I did the practice sitting on the big ball - worked brilliantly 😍💫
We also did it on a big ball, worked well and a little extra work for core stability. We put a yoga block behind the ball for the chair squats.
