    This 40-minute floor video works your total body without placing pressure on your feet and ankles. It's NO Impact, fun, challenging, uplifting, and all levels. This No Impact floor workout video is specially designed for those of you who are in need of some non-weight-bearing exercise. It’s perfect if you are looking for:

    Thank you Caroline! Your floor barre workouts are my favorite. I am a runner without the ability to run and have been using your videos for about a year as I have dealt with Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. I'm recovering from surgery and your positivity and encouragement have been so helpful. Even when I'm super low or in pain, if I can do one of your 15 minute videos, I feel like I have done something to help my mental and physical well being.

    I fractured my ankle on June 1st and went from being very active to not being able to hardly move at all. Finding your workouts that are non weight bearing (I had to modify the plank) have made my depression a little less than it has been. Thank you for all your amazing workouts!     I sprained my ankle 3+ weeks ago and it has been really frustrating as my regular routine involves running, strength-training, yoga and swimming. Your videos have kept my mind sane and my body mobile, even despite an injury - I am surprised by how strong I'm feeling, even my legs! Love the chair cardio videos (who knew those could be so tough?) combined with upper body weights on intense training days and these floor routines on recovery days. Thank you so very much. I intend to continue following your videos even after my ankle has healed completely.

    This was fantastic, thank you! I have been dealing with complications from a foot surgery in January and was getting discouraged by my decline in fitness. This kicked my butt but reminded me it is in my power to get fit again. Thank you for helping me stop feeling sorry for my self :-) I’m a Patreon subscriber, but it’s time to increase my payments.       @@CarolineJordan Thank you so much for replying :) I love all your videos - the workouts and your positive energy are fantastic. I'd love to see more of these total body floor barre workouts. It would be fun to have some kind of challenge. Maybe enough workouts to last for a few months (3 - 4x per week?) You could create a program using mostly existing videos, starting with some of your easier no impact / hurt foot workouts and working up to some of your hardest. It would be a fun way to gauge our progress and keep us motivated. Just a thought - but truly I don't think you could make a bad video :) Thank you!

    Hi Caroline, it's me again 😊 Thank you one more time for your great workout and positive coaching. Before the last 40 minutes I was feeling kinda misunderstood, really angry about some things in my life. So I woke up at 6am ( I live in France), we have great weather this Sunday, so I came outside and did this floor barre workout (that I was actually avoiding for a long time). I always got scared of your floor workouts, always felt not strong enough to do it. But I made it, and I'm feeling AMAZING!!!! So alive and strong really is the word. I can do great things 🎉 and I'm not even that angry anymore. Namaste❤

    Since my foot surgery, I have been doing the chair workouts because of the top of foot pressure for the bird dogs. This was the first floor workout I’ve done in a month and it was definitely a challenge! I’m so tired and sweaty! Haha. But I’m so glad that I can do floor workouts again and will definitely comeback to this video to master it!

      Great workout! I had big toe surgery, so I did have to modify, but overall I feel it targeted those areas I so desperately needed to work out! Suggestions on how to do a plank if you aren’t physically able? 😉

    Hey Caroline- love you videos! SO happy to have found these and subscribed to your channel. I am an avid runner who broke my ankle (not running), and after almost a week without exercise, I was suffering. Your workouts keep me active ad happy, and gaining a stronger core!
    I still have a cast on, so somethings are a bit difficult for balance when you need to bare some weight on the side with cast. Any recommendations for modifications of the bird dog?

    wow! i forgot how hard pilates and floor barre can be, this feels so good and i love the inner thigh focus with barbie feet, wow my inner thighs got weak with my injury ( sesamoid fragmentation too) I love how this workout makes me feel vitalized and awakens the core, when i come home from work. I can use this alternating with your strenght workouts.Ive been focusing on strength but i think abs and core got weak. I really think this is key for feeling connection between core and feet.:)

      btw can you make more of these with ab focus , love doing these rotations and series of 5, maybe a 100, followed by glutes and thighs ending with back:) thank you

    thanks for this caroline! The only thing is I always find side exercises (lying on your side, like the inner thigh exercises) very painful on the bones of my hip when they meet the floor. I try to add extra padding but find myself rolling around because I can't balance on the midline without pain

    I've been doing your chair cardio these days(in addition to this class) and was wondering, is it ok to do chair cardio every day? I also do stretching, pilates and strength training.

    This is my fist time completing this workout. At 48, and in relatively good shape, I had to split the workout into thirds with 30 minute breaks between each segment. I did it though! The only thing I can't do AT ALL is the side plank.
