    If the recipe yields 15 cookies like in this video, then it's not 25 calories a cookie. Peanut butter is 385 calories, cocoa powder is 228 calories, the pumpkin puree is 100, and the egg white is 17. This adds up to 730 calories for the batch, divide by 15, you get 49, almost double what is claimed. This is still impressive however, and the ingredients are all healthy, but if you are someone who is going to eat multiple cookies in a sitting, those calories will add up.

      SHE MADE 15 THE FIRST BATCH ...there was more batter left over for more cookies...so pending the total cookies count using the whole batter will additionally bring the calories down . these cookies are however an oxalate bomb if you are watching your oxalate intake which everyone should.,moh.

      Did they turn out really dry since you didn't use the actual peanut butter which adds fat and moisture? What type of protein powder did you use, whey, casein, or beef? I know different types yields different results in baking. I want to try your hack because I'm increasing my protein and it seems like a lot of cocoa. Thanks!

    For the sweeteners if you want a gooey chewy cookie use the allulose or Boca sweet if you want a crispy or cookie you swerve or an erythritol blend. The sweetener you choose will affect the outcome of the cookie.

    So, I made these two days ago and I added walnuts, then, I sprinkled granulated monk fruit on top of them while they were still warm right out of the oven. Also, they stay nice and soft for days and remind me of the "Oreo Cakesters" or "Little Debbie" soft cookie cake items. These are going to be my new go-to cookies for sure because I really hate baked goods made with almond flour... Really good!

    I made these today. For my sweetener, I used 1/2 cup Monkfruit/Erythritol and 1/2 cup Allulose. That's what I had and it worked well. It reduced the Erythritol "cooling" a lot, in fact, I could not perceive any cooling sensation. Because of that sweetener mixture, the cookies were as not as sweet as they might have been otherwise, but that was great for my taste preferences. I could have added more to compensate for the lesser sweetness of the Allulose (at least to my test). I accidentally put more peanut butter in than the recipe called for, somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 cup. I forgot to flatten the first cookie sheet's cookies before they went into the oven. I did use a small scoop, as you recommended, but 2 spoons would also work well to roll off a round cookie. 20 minutes was perfect (my oven thermometer showed that my oven was right near the recommended temperature). I actually preferred the look of the one's I forgot to flatten. Great recipe! It was very forgiving of my errors. Thank you. These will be excellent with my morning coffee. I had one warm, but I thought they were better cooled. The rest are in my fridge now. Looking forward to my coffee and cookies all week! Thank you!

    Honestly I just made these cookies and WOW! Rich dense fudge taste like a brownie in cookie form. Perfectly sweet. At 1st I thought mmm maybe 1/4cup more allulose to my taste but I ate 1 cookie super warm out the oven and it's harder to taste full sweetness in hot dessert...but this is Perfectly balanced like a Godiva chocolate 1 possibly 2 being greedy satisfies the desire and put a stupid grin on your face because it's indulgence w/out the guilt. I made your egg white, arrowroot pizza crust and that was mind blowing lyrics good...I love these two recipes and will next try your chocolate cake💞😁😉😊😋

Ok I waited for them to cool completely and even over night and it was a fail. I followed your ingredients and prep to the T and didn’t feel it was anywhere near a cookie. Even a fudge brownie. Just taste and felt straight up uncooked. I’m going to stick to one serving type recipes or mug cakes so I don’t keep wasting expensive ingredients

      Using erythritol sweetners in keto baking instead of allulose , will result in a crispy cookie. I have always been on team crunchy myself. Also a lower bake temperature, 325 , and a longer bake time. Almond flour will crisp up nicely. Coconut flour will always result in a softer baked good. Great for cakes.

    Definitely doesn't have a consistency anywhere close to a cookie or brownie but it does taste very strongly of chocolate that I cannot eat more than one. So I guess it works! I actually can't taste any peanut butter because the chocolate is so strong. It's slightly bitter because of how much cocoa powder is in it but I personally like bitter chocolate flavors so I don't mind it. I added less sweetener than the recipe because the pumpkin was already naturally a bit sweet. I used peanut powder and a little avocado oil instead of peanut butter and added 2 scoops of coffee protein powder

    I tried the cookies and loved them!!
    had the idea that I could do it with cinnamon. I followed the recipe but used a 1/4 of a cup of cinnamon instead of full cup cocoa. + 1/4 tsp cloves. It was a little on the runny side so I used a piping bag to make 24 cookies. Cool and sprinkle with swerve confectioners sugar. Might try to crisp them up a little more next time. Could pass for a Ginger snap perhaps.

    My favorite cookie is a tie between chocolate chip, double chocolate chip and snickerdoodles.
    These sound amazing. Most of the time I can completely ignore sweets. However, even without temptation, I will suddenly have a craving for something sweet, usually ice cream, but occasionally I will want pie, or cheesecake or cookies. Sometimes it is even specific to a particular sweet, like chocolate covered cherries. Making them myself so they are not full and of sugar is a real pain, so I’m glad I only crave them around Christmas. 🤭

    I tried these and they taste like normal double chocolate cookies! However, I found them a bit too bitter because of the dark chocolate - perhaps will increase the sweetener amount next time

    I think I love all cookies, lol. I’m much more of a savory person but, that being said, I do crave something sweet especially after a meal. I don’t need a lot, just a bite. These will definitely fit the bill for me. I get chocolate squares from Choc Zero or even have a bit of whipped cream just to satisfy that craving. Thanks for another great recipe Mayra!😊

    Sweets make me nauseous but that means I over compensate with extra grease, carbs and salt. lol Pizza yesterday, McDonald’s today. Grass is def not greener over here. 😪🤣 I always make it a point to clarify that after I say, “I don’t like sweets”.

    • @tarabooartarmy3654
      @tarabooartarmy3654 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Same. I like sweets myself, but only mildly sweet. I’ve ALWAYS wanted something salty after dessert. Even as a little kid, I’d save a little fried chicken or mashed potatoes to eat after dessert at restaurants. If something is too sweet it makes me nauseous.
