OMG! These are incredible! I made a half batch, and they came out great! Because of my personal portion control issues, I divided the dough into 4 parts and rolled them out individually. Worked beautifully. I already ate one serving and now I'll bag up the other 3 for when I need a savory something for lunch. Soooo happy with this recipe. Thank you so very, very much for sharing it.
Made these and it mixes up easily with a fork. They are very good. Added a sprinkle of coarse salt on top. I had these with zero carb cheddar cheese spread or sliced colby jack as a snack.Thank you!🙏🏻
When I do garlic, onion and p.h.s. salt, I like to add turmeric and ginger and sometimes some tajin because I'm on the anti-inflammatory diet. That main combo is my main seasoning base I use with just about everything! I use it as a Vinaigrette too with some ACV/EVOOand honey!

I might tweak this a little the next time I make them. I have been buying a bag of Almond crackers from Aldi every week, but that will now stop because this recipe tastes identical to the ones in the store and I can buy a 3 pound bag of Almond Flour for what I was paying for two packs of crackers. Cool part about these is they have no eggs or milk or cheese in them so they will be as shelf stable as the almond flour is. IE no refrigeration needed. I love salt and vinegar flavor and i have a bag i purchased. Going to hut them with that first tonsee if they pass son taste. I have my reluctant son who wants to lose weight but is a muncher. Sneeking tons of random sauces on everything. And i winder why we are at a months long stall in the weight loss dept. Thank you for this. I just bought a tortellia press and excited to give it a try. I made these today. Mine took 2 minutes in the microwave because it is a lot smaller than hers. They took a bit to make because I had to microwave them in small batches but holy moley they’re AMAZING! Thank you for posting this recipe. I honestly was so skeptical of making a crispy cracker in the microwave, especially using only almond flour, water, and spices, but WOW these are a WINNER!!!!!

It was too wet underneath to come out crisp. I tried with a towel under the parchment and at 30 sec at a time. Took a few rounds but yes, they are great!

Tried it, delicious although I got excited about tasting them. I think you need to wait about 15 min for them to get more crunchy as they did in time. Unless my microwave is a bit off which could be the issue as well.
I prefer to use HWC on cereal, but probably adding an ice cube or two would bring it back to a more milk-like texture. I'd have to buy the ice cubes, though...can't make them here. I always preferred Cheerios, no sugar at all, and could easily eat an entire large box in just two days, before keto, of course. Thank you for the cracker recipe. I was just planning a meal for tomorrow in which I need crackers, and wasn't sure what I was going to do other than using raw vegetables for my dippers, and they wouldn't work well. I don’t know if I did it wrong or what but the microwave version did not taste good at all. I tried the oven version as someone in the comments suggested and they were a little better. A little advice though, I would roll them way thinner. To the point to where you can almost see through them when rolled out. The thinner ones tasted good. I added some everything bagel mix into the dough.
Hey so did I! I always put 2 ice cubes in my cereal too! The milk stays very cold that way! Spoon sized shredded wheat and Cap'n Crunch were my faves! Those crackers look good!🙏🏻
I wonder if you could use a tortilla press. The round would work better in my microwave as I have a rotating plate. Thanks for posting this. :) I will try these with lupine flour because it has lower carbs and tasted good. Some of the lupin flours are a bit bitter, but the garlic powder will mask that. I use the Aviate brand and it does not taste bitter.

I make something similar with egg white instead of water. And use a tortilla press for nice, flat even dough and cut them into triangles.

Maya if you put the flour on a piece of paper towel or parchment then fold in half pour right in small jar or whatever.

I would do 300° and watch them closely..... Should only take 7 to 10 minutes.

Hey so did I! I always put 2 ice cubes in my cereal too! The milk stays very cold that way! Spoon sized shredded wheat and Cap'n Crunch were my faves! Those crackers look good!🙏🏻

I wonder if you could use a tortilla press. The round would work better in my microwave as I have a rotating plate. Thanks for posting this. :) I will try these with lupine flour because it has lower carbs and tasted good. Some of the lupin flours are a bit bitter, but the garlic powder will mask that. I use the Aviate brand and it does not taste bitter.
Can I sprinkle a lil parmesan cheese before putting it the microwave?
