THANK YOU!! I made them with wegmans carton eggwhites i added cayenne, onion garlic powder and little salt like you said… they were AMAZING!! I put in 425° oven for 25 minutes I have a brand new oven so I kept checking it after 15 minutes and really I think I could’ve kept it in a few more minutes because some of them were a tiny bit soft in the middle but for the most part they were very crispy ! What a treat ! And adding Parmesan cheese adds Two more grams of protein per tablespoon and made it taste even better but wasn’t necessary ! ❤❤ I used 3/4c of egg Whites It MADE 18 chips … maybe I could’ve put a little less of the egg in each muffin cup so that it wouldn’t have been a little soft in the middle or perhaps left it in the oven a little bit longer… but it was my first batch I’m learning again thank you so much!

I've tried every "trick" out there, the easiest way is to simply break the egg into a bowl and scoop out the yolk with your hand, letting the white run through your fingers. I've been doing it for years, works perfectly every time. Also, use three bowls, one to crack the egg into, one to put the yolks in, and then the third is to pour your egg whites into. Never break your eggs into your egg whites bowl planning to take the whole yolk out, because every once in a while that bugger breaks and you've just wasted all those perfect whites. My weakness is hot sauce and chips. 😭 I love them and although I don’t eat them every day I do binge them here and there. I also love pickles. I think I just love high sodium food.

I'm not going to read all the comments, but I use an empty water bottle to suck the yolk out of the bowl. Squeeze the bottle, place onto yolk and release a little, yolk comes right out.

Yesss, I've been making these for years using a muffin tin and adding spices. It's so easy. I then use the egg yolks for other recipes. So glad you did a video so more people know about this little hack. These work for just about every dip you can think of.
I made these today with box egg whites and they were just as good as the ones you separate. Also after I take them out of the oven and let cool I cook them about 3 minutes longer in the air fryer and crisps them up really good. I like them with Everything Bagel seasoning . Lunch today was Peanut butter & keto blueberry jam on chips! As I always say: YUM-O-LICOUS!
Tap the outside of the egg on the narrower side with the spoon gently until you hear a pop. The white separates from the shell. When you then crack the egg, it’s already separated and is easy to do the same thing you’re doing since the white isn’t sticking to the side of the shell.
OMG😱 I used the egg white carton and it worked. Definitely have to make sure you use 1 tsp in each so they crisp up and olive oil spray for the pan.I absolutely love these and will make them from now on. Thank you so much☺️

You have no idea how many times i have tossed egg whites simply because i have no idea what to do with them after I use eggs in a receipe that only calls for yolks. Brilliant.
They also make great French meringue cookies!!! Coca dusted, or peppermint oil, or just a dash of food coloring for pastels.... All protein, with or without any powdered sugar or Swerve to sweeten a tad!

Guiltless chips-you can't beat that 😊 We used 1/2 cup of liquid egg whites & they turned out perfectly. We also used them like a cracker with cheese. They are a wonderful addition to our diabetic/protein diet!!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful tips!!
There are egg separators out there. They are supereasy to use. You just crack the egg into the separator and the egg white goes through while the yolk stays in the egg separator. And theyre inexpensive as well.
Okay, I'm a believer. I need to tweak it a little, but am so excited to be eating straight protein chips! I used a carton of organic egg whites. I put it just enough to cover the bottom of the muffin tin (that is key, otherwise it comes out soft and eggy), and topped with Everything seasoning. I tried avocado oil on the 1st batch and some stuck like crazy. Will have to chip (pun intended) those out. Use olive oil for 2nd batch and they popped right out. The biggest problem is that I can only make 12 at a time. I think I might buy some muffin top trays. What a great idea. Thanks so much for sharing!!

I think Flavorgod spice mixes would be good especially chicken and waffles and maybe a sweet one to get a kettle corn vibe. Flavorgod is zero calorie powders is a zillion flavors...pizza flavor would be good too....they come in a shaker so this would work well

🌽 corn extract... an artificial flavoring, or like a Natural flavoring from the juice of real corn??? I'd think a sprinkle of fine corn meal on the chips before bake'n might do the trick and give more texture like it does to pizza crusts!
@@user-iv6ty3cd5i It works just as well with the liquid egg whites. One mistake I made though, is putting the chips into a baggie before they were completely cooled. (I was shaking them in a seasoning mix) As a result they lost their crisp factor - which was present at first. I'll have to reheat them in the air fryer to get them crisp again. I used a BBQ rub I found online as the seasoning. It didn't come across very strong, so have more flavor on hand than you think you need.
@@msladebeatz No - I made up a BBQ shake for them using a recipe I googled online. I have since used it for salmon and it was good on that too. So they tasted like the spices I put on them.

My sister bought me a air fryer for my birthday which was on two days after Christmas. but she bought it in November. and I got different types of cooking items that I bought at Amazon a while back .and three air fryer cook books , I have been watching my cholesterol level from my doctors advice and brought a blood pressure monitor to check my blood every other week. I only use the oven when I need it, these are just what I need . it's snowing and cold. we just got our first winter storm in Virginia this week . I miss eating my favorite candy bar pay day ,but I'm keeping my weight down and doing sitting exercises every day. I'm having surgery done on my right knee from a winter accident in 2019. I saw your frist video a while back, and I believe I saw your daughter, I can't remember what you made . but it look delicious. I'm going to make this with Chipotle seasoning or parmesan sheared cheese. 😊

Have you tried cucumber 🥒 and carrot chips... Thick or thin... They Can be marinated in rice wine vinegar, any vinegar you like, add salt for about 5-15min to get some flavor... Drain... and like carrot 🥕 or celery sticks make great Natural oil free 'chips' that give you fiber & nutrients as well... I do both for parties... With healthy dips like fresh hummus, Sour cream & toasted onions... Guac 🥑 etc!
@@les9058 Yes I do eat carrots with tzatziki which I like a lot. But potato chips are sort of like chocolate for me - if I want chocolate, an apple won't do and if I really want chips, the healthy options sometimes won't do. If I absolutely have to have chips, I will eat those made with olive oil and only eat a few (rather than the whole bag). I'm a work in progress. Thanks so much for your tips!

What about adding a few drops of the Dill Pickle juice? I might try your way with one set and the juice way with another set of chips. And, see how they turn out. I crack several eggs on a “plate”. Use an empty water bottle and squeeze in half way and hold it. Place it over the yolk and release your hold so the bottle would suck up the yolk only. Works brilliantly. 👊🏼😋👍🏼

Could a baking pan with a lip be used with parchment paper and then just pour the egg onto the pan very very thin, then when done just break up into pieces?
Easiest way to separate multiple egg yolks from whites is to just gently crack all your eggs into your bowl and scoop out your yolks with your hands. Very quick.

Im totally trying this! If you eat enough meat & fat in your diet, you wont need prebiotic and probiotic. Once you stop taking either one the small benefit you do get from a pill form, stops. MEAT, however, keep red meat in your diet, you get everything you need. But you do have to include fat as well. The good fat!
I was hoping to see the basic egg white water version like you stated. Great to do with seasoning and cheese. But would love to see how the simple plain version turns out.
Trued this today in a tiny muffin tin with seasoning in the oven for 20 minutes and the top was great but the bottom was not cooked through - i ate them anyway but maybe should've cooked another 5 minutes. The top was crunchy & tasty.
As for separating the eggs, I use an egg separator. They make some that hang on the edge of a measuring cup, so the white slides through the bottom and the yolk stays in the separator.

Use a small kitchen funnel. The eggwhite will drop through into the bowl. Then put your egg yolk in a separate container.

Egg white facial masks are wonderful. Martha Custis used them and was renowned for her beautiful skin. George Washington loved her skin.

Silicon cupcake bakers work great and no oil needed. I also flip them mid baking time which help with crunchiness 💃🏻

The way you’re doing it is exactly how I do and I rarely ever have a problem. My mother taught me this and I have done it ever since!

Gotta try these, they look Great! I'm thinking a good topping on the egg whites would be to try sprinkling them with popcorn seasoning like White Cheddar, or Nacho Cheese etc.. right before baking them.
I think garlic powder would be healthier... cayenne if you like spicy... or dried cheese powder, not sure if that is different...

I think Flavorgod spice mixes would be good especially chicken and waffles and maybe a sweet one to get a kettle corn vibe. Flavorgod is zero calorie powders is a zillion flavors...pizza flavor would be good too....they come in a shaker so this would work well

🌽 corn extract... an artificial flavoring, or like a Natural flavoring from the juice of real corn??? I'd think a sprinkle of fine corn meal on the chips before bake'n might do the trick and give more texture like it does to pizza crusts!
@@les9058 The problem with corn meal is it's high in oxalates. I'd stick with the extract.

@@user-iv6ty3cd5i It works just as well with the liquid egg whites. One mistake I made though, is putting the chips into a baggie before they were completely cooled. (I was shaking them in a seasoning mix) As a result they lost their crisp factor - which was present at first. I'll have to reheat them in the air fryer to get them crisp again. I used a BBQ rub I found online as the seasoning. It didn't come across very strong, so have more flavor on hand than you think you need.

@@msladebeatz No - I made up a BBQ shake for them using a recipe I googled online. I have since used it for salmon and it was good on that too. So they tasted like the spices I put on them.

My sister bought me a air fryer for my birthday which was on two days after Christmas. but she bought it in November. and I got different types of cooking items that I bought at Amazon a while back .and three air fryer cook books , I have been watching my cholesterol level from my doctors advice and brought a blood pressure monitor to check my blood every other week. I only use the oven when I need it, these are just what I need . it's snowing and cold. we just got our first winter storm in Virginia this week . I miss eating my favorite candy bar pay day ,but I'm keeping my weight down and doing sitting exercises every day. I'm having surgery done on my right knee from a winter accident in 2019. I saw your frist video a while back, and I believe I saw your daughter, I can't remember what you made . but it look delicious. I'm going to make this with Chipotle seasoning or parmesan sheared cheese. 😊

Have you tried cucumber 🥒 and carrot chips... Thick or thin... They Can be marinated in rice wine vinegar, any vinegar you like, add salt for about 5-15min to get some flavor... Drain... and like carrot 🥕 or celery sticks make great Natural oil free 'chips' that give you fiber & nutrients as well... I do both for parties... With healthy dips like fresh hummus, Sour cream & toasted onions... Guac 🥑 etc!
@@les9058 Yes I do eat carrots with tzatziki which I like a lot. But potato chips are sort of like chocolate for me - if I want chocolate, an apple won't do and if I really want chips, the healthy options sometimes won't do. If I absolutely have to have chips, I will eat those made with olive oil and only eat a few (rather than the whole bag). I'm a work in progress. Thanks so much for your tips!

I crack several eggs on a “plate”. Use an empty water bottle and squeeze in half way and hold it. Place it over the yolk and release your hold so the bottle would suck up the yolk only. Works brilliantly.

To separate the egg yolk, just have very clean hands, reach in, and grab it. The whites will fall between your fingers. So easy.

Could a baking pan with a lip be used with parchment paper and then just pour the egg onto the pan very very thin, then when done just break up into pieces?
Easiest way to separate multiple egg yolks from whites is to just gently crack all your eggs into your bowl and scoop out your yolks with your hands. Very quick.

You can use an empty 16 oz water bottle to scoop the yolks and seperate it fron the egg white and save the egg yolk for a potato and egg pancake😊

Once you stop taking either one the small benefit you do get from a pill form, stops. MEAT, however, keep red meat in your diet, you get everything you need. But you do have to include fat as well. The good fat!

Trued this today in a tiny muffin tin with seasoning in the oven for 20 minutes and the top was great but the bottom was not cooked through - i ate them anyway but maybe should've cooked another 5 minutes. The top was crunchy & tasty.

As for separating the eggs, I use an egg separator. They make some that hang on the edge of a measuring cup, so the white slides through the bottom and the yolk stays in the separator.
Go for the already done egg whites in the carton.... Froth, spice em an Bake! 👍
@@les9058 You may want to read the labels. Also, even the "clean" ones seem cook differently than freshly separated, for some reason.
