What's your favourite way to make Blended Baked Oats? For another super easy recipe, check out my video on Microwave Mug Cakes: th-cam.com/video/k4dhf_S5ypw/w-d-xo.html
Made the apple cinnamon version. Swapped egg with a flax egg, and pecans with walnuts. Couldn't bring myself to heat up oven for a single serving, so microwaved it for 2 minutes at 50% power. Delicious, and so much better than a bowl of oatmeal.
Fantastic! I'm so glad to hear it worked out well for you! Yes flax egg is a great substitute, and using the microwave is a great time-saver as well! Happy to hear you enjoyed it - thanks so much for sharing and for watching!
Inspired by you I've decided to try out microwave myself. I made chocolate one, and had to put it for 8 min in total at 50% power. It was delicious. Thank you for the idea!
All of them look delicious! But most importantly you explained why we needed every ingredient. I feel not many people do that. Very useful especially for beginners in baking. Thank you!

I've been having overnight oats for the past months as a post-morning workout treat (adapted from your receipe) but I was growing a bit tired of it. And lo and behold, this recipe drops :D I made one today for the first time with just a 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries and a tsp of vanilla sugar back. It had a mouthfeel in-between baked oats and a muffin, and I liked it so much that I instantly baked an second one for my spouse, who usually does not have breakfast, but loved it just as much as I had. I think I'll try a bacon-mapple syrup tomorrow.
That's awesome, I'm so glad to hear that you and your spouse enjoyed it so much! I love overnight oats too but it's always nice to switch things up. The bacon-maple syrup combo sounds delicious - I'd love to hear how it turns out! Thanks so much for watching!
It does have a banana flavor, but in the PB&J it's just sweet, or with banana and choc. chip, it's fine.@@SK-fy8dl Maybe just use applesauce for other flavors.
Gonna try making these in a muffin tray and having some easy breakfasts that I can heat in the microwave. I struggle a lot in preparing food for myself (a really shame-inducing aspect of my disabilities), and I look for "easy wins" a lot for food. Anything that I can make when I can, for the times that I can't, are so helpful for me. I finally had the chance to make the overnight oats again from the other recipe on the channel, for the first time in months. I look forward to freezing these and seeing how it works out!

@@girl.anachronism5639 I had the same idea for muffins:) Don't overbake! I had trouble estimating the times for muffins and my first batch was overbaked. Better to take them out when the center isn't completely seemingly 100% set or firm. If the center gets firm they are already overbaked and dry.
I used your base recipe and added 1/4 Cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix), 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg, then 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger. 2 teaspoons maple syrup. Adjust the spices and sweetness to your liking. I’m going to add a pinch of kosher salt next time to see if it brings out the flavors. Delish! Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
If you want to eat something similar in the morning but don't want to wait a full 15-30 minutes for it to cook (who does that in the morning?), just pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes. It's what I've been doing every morning for years (mash 1/2 banana, add blended oats, oat milk, mix in or topped with whatever I want to eat that day > in the microwave and done). I do everything in the bowl so no need to use a big bowl for miwing and then pour it into something else. I use the fork I'm gonna eat with to mash the banana. It takes literaly 5 minutes to prepare, it's much easier than what's in the video.
Thanks for sharing, could you please elaborate. You are still putting in the baking powder to make it rise and fluff as a cake or just eating it as oatmeal? Also just keep in mind that the microwave might not be best for some foods, nutritional-wise. I’d say add your sweetener of choice on top after cooking. Lastly, if you want some texture, don’t bother blending the oats. They form together with the other binders like egg or banana, or even flax and chia seeds.

I made the PB&J version for breakfast this morning and it was amazing! Tasted like I was having dessert for breakfast. I like your method of layering the peanut butter and jam. Substituted flaxseed for the egg, applesauce for banana, and used monk fruit instead of maple syrup. Thanks!
That's amazing to hear! I'm glad it turned out great for you and that you enjoyed the PB&J. It really is one of my favourite recipes, and layering it helps give it more moisture for sure. Thanks for watching and giving this a try!
A huge thank you for this video ! I love the single-serving format and the clear explanations of each ingredient. I can't wait to try all the flavors, especially the brownie and carrot cake versions 🤩

I’m so inspired to make these! My boyfriend dislikes oatmeal but is also trying to be healthier and lose weight and I hope these will be healthy muffin like delicious breakfasts that can be eaten easily on the go as he is also terrible about eating breakfast.
Youll get him here lol. Just be careful of the oats you buy. You know most are quite problematic, right? Like most cereals sprayed to high heavens. I was never an oatmeal fan until recently and was excited as it's healthy and affordable or so I thought. Our food regulations or lack thereof is absolutely mindblowing. But with research there's usually an opiton..
Awesome to hear! The great thing is these can be customized easily depending on your goals (like using lower calorie ingredients for weight loss, adding protein powder, etc). Thanks for watching!
This is such a great video!! The explanations are so simple, so well organised and I love that you included not only the recipes in the description but also the calories! Thank you!!
I watched this video when it first dropped, but did not have any ramekins, so sort of dismissed making them. The next day, I went to the thrift store and found three with lids! So the next morning, I made three variations, ate one, and saved the other two in the fridge for the next days. I love the texture!
Amazing to hear that you were able to find ramekins and give them a try! And so glad you enjoyed the texture - thanks so much for watching and for sharing!
Thank you for the great new way to eat a healthy breakfast and baked treat. I will make these today for my family. Trying to help them eat healthy after switching my diet to avoid processed foods.
Super appreciate the fact that you have all the recipes and every single info we need all in the description box!! For that alone, you have won me over!! 😘 😘
This is an excellent channel. I love your step-by-step demonstrations and options for customization. This is my first time watching the channel, but I instantly subscribed.
I stumbled upon this video last week and immediately knew I had to try it out. I'm thrilled that I did! I rushed to buy ramekins with lids, carrots, baking powder, and chocolate chips because I didn't have and couldn't resist giving it a shot. And let me tell you, it was AMAZING! BAKED oats will now be a staple in my morning routine. Thank you for sharing such a fantastic recipe!

I am so glad I found your channel a couple of days ago. It's like a jem. I watched your ice cream and night oat recipes and I already can't wait to try it all out. Thanks a lot for great content
This was so good 😭 thank you for sharing! I only used the base recipe, no vanilla extract or cacao on hand, so just used maple syrup and topped with dark chocolate chips, and it was like a cheat meal. Super filling ☺️ 10/10 would recommend trying it!!
OMG! I have been craving carrot cake for months, but I can’t digest the gluten. Tonight, I made the carrot cake version, topped with a dab of cream cheese frosting and holy crap! Mind blown! 🤯 So amazing! I baked it in my toaster oven at 350F for 25 -26 minutes. Amazing! The hardest part was waiting for it to cool down so I wouldn’t scorch my mouth! Thank you for this!
That's amazing! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the carrot cake - it's a fav of mine too, and great call on adding a bit of cream cheese frosting! I hope you'll give some of the other flavours a try as well 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
I'm so glad to hear you gave it a try and enjoyed the base recipe! It is a subtle taste for sure :) if you do give the others a try, I'd love to hear how they turn out for you! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Decided to try this the same night after I saw the video and I’m happy to report that it tastes amazing! It was really easy to make and it came out perfect (I usually don’t succeed in baking anything on the first try). The texture is chewy but also fluffy. Thank you so much for the amazing recipe
Thank you for these recipes! I normally have overnight oats every day for breakfast but wanted to try something new, and so glad i found this video! I used the base recipe for the double chocolate baked oats, but used chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa. And instead of choc chips i used blueberries, strawberries and some mixed seeds & nuts. So delicious!!
That sounds amazing! Chocolate protein powder is a great add-in and substitute for cocoa powder, and also has the benefit of already being sweet so reduces the need to add additional sweeteners! Thanks for watching - I'm glad you enjoyed giving it a try!
been doing this for years , ever since I had to switch to a gluten free diet. I usually make this in the afternoon for a snack. Blueberry vanilla is my favorite.
was searching for a comment that mentioned protein powder, wasn’t sure if it would mess with the baking/consistency but glad to hear it doesn’t! will def be adding some from now on :)
This is soo lovely. Especially for a someone who hate oats just for their chewy texture, but this is beyond perfect. Ill be sure to give it a try, thank you!!
a friendly reminder yall healty dosent mean low calories or fatloss friendly so keep that in mind these are healty sure but wodunt recommend if u are trying to lose fat. they a nurtitious and filling for sure though change the ingredients according to ur needs to make it relatively low calories.
For sure, healthy to me means using mostly wholesome, nutritious ingredients in my recipes (compared to many store-bought cakes and other alternatives which are often full of artificial additives and other unhealthy ingredients). If weight loss is the goal, then maintaining a caloric deficit would be the means to achieve that (through diet and exercise). These baked oats can certainly be a part of that plan as long as the other parts of one's diet align to keep total daily calories under the deficit goals. Thanks for the comment!
All of these look amazing! Would I be able to use a big baking dish and double or triple the recipe? Would like to make a big batch of this for me and my family!
Hey there! Yes you certainly can - it's a great way to batch prep these! You may have to adjust the cooking time a bit and experiment to see what works best for your oven and the size/style of baking dish you use. I'd love to hear how it turns out for you, and hope you and your family enjoy these at home!
Yes it's a cake with a flour substitute, I already make oat flour cakes,I just watched this so I can try different varieties, the jam one I haven't tried before, will have to make my own jam as I can't consume sugar but in fact that did look like homemade jam, also I use stevia or sucralose to sweeten.
All look so delicious. Your explanation was simple and easy to follow. I tried the chocolate chip recipe and it was so delicious, Im making it again plus the carrot recipe today. Thank you .
Awesome! I'm a huge fan of the chocolate chip too - I'm glad you enjoyed it as much as I do! Thanks for watching, and good luck with the carrot cake recipe - I hope it turns out great for you!
Dude really said "these otameals produce a cake like texture, that almost feel like you're eating cake for breakfast", and "it tastes just like cake", that's because it IS cake. Flour+egg+milk+baking powder and baked for 13min is a cake. just because it's not "wheat" flour doesn't make it less cake.
I get your point but I think what he means is, is not really what you think when you think of a slice of cake for breakfast, I tried this recipe today and it’s not sweet, it’s also way more nutritious than a regular cake, has more fiber, protein and less sugar :)
It comes across a bit lazy and uncaring to just say 'vegan= omit the egg', is the egg there for a reason or does it not need to be included in the first place?
i can't say how happy i am finding this video and the other video about chia seeds pudding. I needed recipes like these that uses my favorite ingredients- cinammon, apple, chocolate, carrots! keep posting :)
I'm trying all of these! I love all the ideas. I already make them but this is great for combo ideas. Pears, nuts and chocolate or cinnamon is another good one.
Oh..im excited 2 try!!😁👏👏💖💃 Update: Omg.. I love it! So far i have did the apple one 2x..4 the 2nd one i added brown sugar & blended some apples in..it's sssooo good! It's like a oatmeal bread pudding. I cant wait 2 try the other ones-Thank U!! 💯💯👏👏💖💖💃🤸

❤❤❤ another one of your recipes and it’s another hit in our house! Especially the brownie version, our mothers ate them as dessert last night and they loved it!!!
Awesome! For sure, I love having oat flour on hand as well - for muffins, pancakes, banana bread, all sorts of deliciousness. Thanks so much for watching!
Wow that's awesome 😊 I am looking for a good diet that I'll want to continue after weight loss. Baking oats this way looks lovely and modern. Looks yummy!
These look great! Can you offer suggestions for batch cooking (make ahead and refrigerate or freeze the batter or the finished recipe?) and scaling for more than one serving? Can these be made in a muffin tin instead?
You can certainly double or triple the ingredients to make a larger batch using a muffin tray, or a large baking dish (and cutting it into squares). Hope that helps!

Hello! Awesome video; detailed but to the point. Is there a way to add protein powder to this? I don’t know if it would bake the same by just adding a scoop in.
Hi there! Great question - absolutely you can use protein powder! I add about a tablespoon of protein powder to my batter mixture and blend it up; the added benefit is not only do you get added protein, but it also acts as a sweetener and flavour enhancer as well so that you don't need to use syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, etc. (depending on your protein flavour). In my experience, it bakes and comes out just as great! Thanks for watching, and hope that helps!
I love the look of these recipes and thank you for sharing. I am diabetic and have a very low tolerance for fruit. Can you think of anything else I could substitute instead of apple or banana?
Hey there! Applesauce and mashed banana help add moisture to the recipe, but these recipes can also work fine with just an egg in their place if you can't have banana or applesauce. Hope that helps, thanks for watching!

Made these last night for today’s breakfast. Did peanut butter & maple syrup. Absolutely delicious!
Amazing to hear! So glad it turned out great for you - enjoy and thanks for watching!
Best baked oats recipe ever tried.. Baked perfectly.. Thank you for sharing the recipe 😊
That's amazing to hear! Thanks for sharing - I'm so glad you enjoyed them and they turned out so great for you!
This is such a great video!! The explanations are so simple, so well organised and I love that you included not only the recipes in the description but also the calories! Thank you!!
Thanks for the comment! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and found the instructions and tips helpful!
So good! I made the double choc and I am very impressed. I also microwaved it as I didn't have a ramekin and used a rice bowl instead.
Awesome to hear! I love the double choc - and using a rice bowl (or coffee mug) in the microwave is a great time-saver, for sure! Thanks for watching!
Made it again in the air fryer and it was outstanding!!!
These sound wonderful, and thank you so much for writing out the recipes.
Thanks so much for watching! And no problem at all, I'm happy to hear you find the written recipes helpful 🙂
I was thinking the same thing
If I don't have ramekins, what can I use instead
@@btisamsaad0425 I suppose any appropriately sized oven safe bowl would work
Thank you for the great new way to eat a healthy breakfast and baked treat. I will make these today for my family. Trying to help them eat healthy after switching my diet to avoid processed foods.
That's great to hear! Thanks so much for watching and for giving these a try - I hope you and your family enjoy them!
Super appreciate the fact that you have all the recipes and every single info we need all in the description box!! For that alone, you have won me over!! 😘 😘
Awesome! I'm so glad you found it helpful! Thanks for watching and for the comment 🙂
Oats are my fav... They sre soooo healthy and vsn be converted into delectable desserts
I agree! They're great to enjoy as desserts as well - thanks for watching!
This is an excellent channel. I love your step-by-step demonstrations and options for customization. This is my first time watching the channel, but I instantly subscribed.
Wow, thank you so much for the kind words! I really appreciate your support and am so glad to hear you enjoy the content!
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the Super Thanks! I appreciate it!
That's awesome to hear! I'm so glad you enjoyed it so much and that it turned out so well for you (enough to now be a part of your morning routine)! Thanks so much for giving it a try and for sharing your comment! 😀
I have been making this recipe exclusively the last week and it is so delicious and guilt free
I'm so glad you're enjoying the recipe! Thanks for watching!
Definitely making the Brownie oats first 😋 For sure trying them all. Thank you.
I absolutely love the brownie baked oats! Great choice - I'd love to hear how you like it once you get a chance to try it out! 🙂
I made the Brownie Oats this am & it was delish 😋 For sure trying the peanut butter & jelly oats next. Thank you so much for the tasty recipes. Looking forward to more of your treats ✌️✌️
Being in the Health & Fitness Industry our diets can become quite boring at times. I was just scrolling through recipes and came across ur page 👌Omg you have soooo many different varieties. I'm so tired of having overnight oats 🙈so tmrw morning HALLO BAKED OATS....I ❤ ur channel. Thank you for sharing
Awesome to hear! I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipes! Thanks for watching and for the support!
I am so glad I found your channel a couple of days ago. It's like a jem. I watched your ice cream and night oat recipes and I already can't wait to try it all out. Thanks a lot for great content
Thank you so much for the kind words! I appreciate it a lot and am so glad you're enjoying the videos!
This was so good 😭 thank you for sharing! I only used the base recipe, no vanilla extract or cacao on hand, so just used maple syrup and topped with dark chocolate chips, and it was like a cheat meal. Super filling ☺️ 10/10 would recommend trying it!!
Awesome! Thanks for watching - the base recipe is definitely delicious on its own, or with a simple topping! So glad you enjoyed it!
I’m going to try coffee, chopped dates and walnuts flavour. This is divine. Thank you so very much ❤❤❤
Awesome! Thanks for watching and for giving these a try!
I used expresso choc chips and butterscotch chips. They were the best of the four followed by peanut butter and I used huckleberry jam from Montana😊
I hope you'll give some of the other flavours a try as well 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
just made the very basic recipe. delicious! the banana is super subtle. I look forward to trying more!
I'm so glad to hear you gave it a try and enjoyed the base recipe! It is a subtle taste for sure :) if you do give the others a try, I'd love to hear how they turn out for you! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
thank YOU for sharing this recipe! I’ve already forwarded this along to multiple people 😊
Thanks so much for sharing!
Decided to try this the same night after I saw the video and I’m happy to report that it tastes amazing! It was really easy to make and it came out perfect (I usually don’t succeed in baking anything on the first try). The texture is chewy but also fluffy. Thank you so much for the amazing recipe
That's amazing to hear! Thanks so much for sharing - I'm so glad it turned out so great for you, and that you found it super easy to make as well!
Blueberry vanilla is a delicious combo! Thanks for watching!
Love your flavor combos, and def will be trying these. Thanks!
Thanks so much for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed the flavour ideas!
Oh my goodness!!! These are all so good and indeed mouthwatering. The chocolate flavoured one is my favorite!
I love the chocolate too! Thanks for watching!
I used to eat these daily with an added scope of protein powder. They taste amazing and exactly like a cake!
Awesome! I definitely love using protein powder for these for a little extra protein boost. Thanks for watching!
was searching for a comment that mentioned protein powder, wasn’t sure if it would mess with the baking/consistency but glad to hear it doesn’t! will def be adding some from now on :)
These look absolutely delicious! Will try them over the weekend
Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed making them!
This is soo lovely. Especially for a someone who hate oats just for their chewy texture, but this is beyond perfect. Ill be sure to give it a try, thank you!!
Wonderful! Please do give it a try - I'd love to hear how it turns out for you! Thanks for watching 😃
I LOVE that you added all units also grams and Celsius 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Awesome! I'm happy to hear you find that useful 😀 I was hoping some people would!
hmmmm looks like bread pudding (which I LOVE)
Interesting! I don't think I've ever had bread pudding before but I'll have to give it a try sometime!
I made these. They were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend making them
Awesome to hear that they turned out so great for you! Thanks so much for watching and for giving them a try!
a friendly reminder yall healty dosent mean low calories or fatloss friendly so keep that in mind these are healty sure but wodunt recommend if u are trying to lose fat. they a nurtitious and filling for sure though change the ingredients according to ur needs to make it relatively low calories.
That's in not entirely true I eat these twice a day every single day I've lost 97lbs and I even eat milk chocolate everyday everyone is different tho
These portions are quite small so as long as you dont eat 5 in one go youll lose weight lol
Do you really think people are that dumb? This is perfect in a calorie controlled diet. Keep your none wisdom to yourself.
False ! You can loose weight eating healthy & high calorie.. just eat in moderation .. one of these is not even up to 600kl
*Makes an actual cake
"These oats look like cake! Such a cake-like texture!"
Literally 😂
@@EvaRoscilliinstead of Stevia or sucralose grate some sweet apple, like honeycrisp instead. it adds sweetness and also pectin to help it thicken
Thank u😂😂
I get your point but I think what he means is, is not really what you think when you think of a slice of cake for breakfast, I tried this recipe today and it’s not sweet, it’s also way more nutritious than a regular cake, has more fiber, protein and less sugar :)
Technically it's more of a quick bread instead of a cake
@@HeraldHealerTechnically it involves eggs, so it's cake not bread
@@nicfab1doesn’t bread involve egg too? But yeah, in this video, it’s cake.
Made the apple cinnamon one in the microwave and it turned out amazingly, it’s so good thank you
Amazing! So glad to hear it turned out so well in the microwave - it's definitely a time-saver! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for good receipt 😊

I think you mean recipe, I also used to think it was called recipe as I'm also foreign.
I tried the double chocolate this morning- excellent! Thanks for sharing 💐

pumpkin pie flavour
Great call! Pumpkin pie is delicious!
How inspiring. Thank you so much for a lovely video that has given me so many ideas!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and the recipe ideas! Thanks so much for watching!
So TikTok thinks that calling it 'blended baked oats' will trick people into believing it's a new food when in reality it's just muffins.
What do you mean?
These recipes look very tempting, and will be great for breakfast-or dessert. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much for watching! I hope you enjoy giving them a try!
It's a cake. Why act like it's not a cake?
Because the assumption is that cake is unhealthy
@@ryan1collins😮
Or like a pancake 🥞
Literally at second 18 😂
Gracias por compartir esta receta tan deliciosa
It comes across a bit lazy and uncaring to just say 'vegan= omit the egg', is the egg there for a reason or does it not need to be included in the first place?
i can't say how happy i am finding this video and the other video about chia seeds pudding. I needed recipes like these that uses my favorite ingredients- cinammon, apple, chocolate, carrots! keep posting :)

Awesome to hear! I hope you enjoy giving these a try - thanks for watching!
Thanks for the the recipe! love how you explained it :) Super easy to follow!

Thanks for watching, and hope that helps!
great recipe! i love oats so this is perfect
Awesome - thanks so much for watching! I hope you enjoy giving these a try.
Thanks for sharing these amazing recipes.
Thank you so much for watching!
@@toastyapron thank you so much. Will give it a try on the weekend!
