    This was a "sweaty-but-happy-kind-of-workout" that I love!!! And I'm always here for a good ab-finisher!!! Anna, you really think that we could ever hate you? - Well, for a moment I thought you are totally coucou, when you wanted me to do a wall stand with weights and a lifted leg, but the nice burn in my quads when I counted the secs was totally worth it. Have a great weekend y'all!!! I'm still dancing - because I am happy!

    This was yet another of Anna's great workouts! I feel so much stronger when I finished once I realized I beginning to get better at holding myself up in certain position. I can't wait to see where my strength is in the next month.

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Love it! It's challenging yet because of the TABATA style it didn't feel too hard!!! Instead had SO MUCH Fun!!!! Thanks Anna!!!!! Weights I used were 10lbs. Will definitely try it with 15lbs next time I come back!!!!

    It works perfectly for me! I execute 2 times in a row these 30 min. programs, along with 2 kg weights on hands and 3kg on legs to grow big stamina and muscles! Thanks a lot colleague for all!

    Super and hard training. Exercises at the wall with a raised leg - very heavy (without loads for me) but the storm is ... 30 seconds was eternity

    Love love love!!!! ❤❤ Especially the ab finisher definitely burn. Tabata and weights are definitely my go to now. Thank you Anna your workouts really has challenged me physically and mentally. I am now stronger than before and I love this new version of me. I am grateful that I came accross your video it brings such a huge change i my life ❤❤

    I've definitely improved on this one. I used 20lb weights for all but 4 of the workouts. I went down to 15lbs. Made it without dying 🙌
