      I do bedtime yoga when I feel too tired or lazy to do more intense yoga. I’ve always been doing it everyday because I’m trying to build consistency in my life

    I love this sm because it gets me in such a flowy, chill state and the fact that it's just 5mins long makes me feel like it's okay to squeeze em into my routine no matter what and how much is going on. Thank you sm for making these lil vids!

    Thanks for this super manageable bedtime yoga. I agree with the others below. At just five minutes, I can add this in before bed to help me fall asleep and sleep more soundly. By the way your voice is so calming! Your backdrop, plants, table, and soft rug create a relaxing background. I think your videos would be great outside too. Thanks for making these videos!

    The perfect amount of time to get your nighttime dose of stretching and quiet mindfulness 😊…ty for making it enjoyable. This is one I can look forward to again without feeling like I have to learn moves or burn calories just to get some relaxed stretching.     This is such a good yoga for night time! I never have time for long night time yoga sessions, so this is perfect! This is not intense on my body at all, perfect for sleeping, no soar body parts. 🤍🤍🤍

    Im trying yoga to get a less stiff body and when i also saw it would for insomnia, i immediately knew i had to try this. I’ll update once im done!
    Update: I just realized how incredibly bad i am at yoga😂 But it was amazing. I feel so chilled out and sleepy now. I’ll try this regularly to get better and on the nights that i feel anxious

    I loved it,my body was in quite some pain but after this few minutes yoga I'm completely relaxed,calm and my body doesnt hurt anymore
