      You don't have to forgive that mentality makes victims of abuse not seek justice and keeps the cycle of abuse going. What you can do is heal from the situation so that it no longer effects you're life

    im gonna use this and I’ll tell you guys if I see improvement. I’ve been very sad every day even when I’m happy I get sad again. I’ll use this and update so you guys can also be motivated to use this, im sure this is a helpful meditation but I’ll try for myself

    The affirmations "im exactly where I need to be" is the best affirmation I've ever heard. It makes me so calm and feel good about myself especially when people are not kimd about your situation. It makes us realize that happiness is not in the future or materialistic wishes it is right here within us

      Hi, don’t give up on that. Try in the morning every day get through as much as you can until you start gaining focused.
      And when she gives her affirmations what I do is with my eyes closed, I imagine what she’s saying scrolling across the banner on my eyes And I don’t even say the words out so I can focus my breathing correctly.
      Life‘s hard. I know it.
      My advice for people that are in situation with depression is the stop focusing on you (unless there’s health reasons or stuff that are tragic or catastrophic.) on others around you helping people. Don’t walk past the homeless person without offering them food or water.
      Serve others. If you can I’m not judging you. God bless you.

      You're already doing a great job at trying to implement this into your life! I sincerely hope you are doing better right now❤ everyone deserves to feel loved and be loved. I'm not sure if you're religious at all, but one of the things that helped me during my depression is that God will always love me no matter what. It gave me reassurance that even if it seems like no one out there loves me, at least someone will. And so I regained my faith that people around me love me as well 😊

      I felt the same the first weeks of starting to listen to this each morning. Now months later I repeat affirmations, and most importantly believe in myself to do the best I can given what I have. Hang in there and remind yourself that you are your own best friend first! 🫶

    Wow, I've done some light meditation/visualization in the past but this was the first time I truly felt the difference. I was floating in an ethereal headspace with positivity just flowing through me. And when I opened my eyes, the world seemed brighter, more colorful, more vibrant...this is exactly what I needed after a terribly rough week. Thank you and sending love to all those out there ♥️

    This is amazing! After spending 2 weeks in the hospital for depression, I realized I was destroying myself because I hated myself, this meditation is a perfect way to wake up and set good intentions!

      I suffer from depression and it has gotten a lot better over the years with therapy, self awareness, healing, and a lot of self love. You are so worthy of patience, kindness, forgiveness, and love so remember to give all of that to yourself and surround yourself with people and things who help you heal.     Oh my gosh, I don't know why this seems so different from any other five minute meditation, but it is. The positivity and calmness it creates is wonderful. So grateful. "I am powerful, I am protected, I am guided."

    I have been doing this meditation every single day and it honestly sets me up for the day. Some days better than others, but its been part of my daily routine every single day. Just that 5 minutes help me shift my perspective for the day and gives me the motivation to thrive and just appreciate myself and those around me. Thank you! 😌❤️

    Just want to let you how much this meditation has help so much! A few months ago I was in an area of my life trying to achieve a lot of things all at once and enduring lots of external negativity. I played this video every morning until I achieved my goals.     I don’t meditate as an 11 year old, but this changed my whole perspective of life. It’s crazy that I could take five minutes out of my morning to just get up, sit on my bed, and meditate. Thank you so much this is now apart of my daily morning routine. I love you 😘❤️

    First time meditating, Came here to try and get my busy mind to slow down to prepare for my work day. I didn’t realize how negatively I spoke to myself in my head until the positive affirmations came alone. I didn’t expect to cry this morning, but honestly, thank you for bringing me to tears. It was very cathartic and eye opening to realize how I treat myself in my own head. I’ll definitely be back here for more. 🥰💛

    I'm just a 29 year old blue collar regular guy, a while back I would've looked at this stuff as really dumb... I decided one day after having a mental breakdown from stress and anxiety to try this video out. I've been doing it every day for months now.
