Yoga for Beginners | 30 Minute Easy & relaxing flow | Guided video in Hindi | Day 1 out of 21

  • This is the first video in the 21 Day Satvic Yoga Beginner Camp. This has many simple asanas that you can practice from the comfort of your home. Doesn't matter what your age, current fitness level or flexibility may be, this video is for everyone! 🧘🏻‍♀️
    This is a seated flow that you can practice on your yoga mat or even a carpet. The simple asanas will allow you to bring your awareness to the present moment and help you let go of any stressful thoughts. 💭💭
    We will end the practice with a guided Yog Nidra. This will help your body and mind relax fully and relieve you of any stress or emotional burden that you may be carrying. 💫
    Things to Remember
    1. Always practice on an empty stomach. Keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and your practice. If you've eaten fruits, a gap of 2 hours would be sufficient.
    2. Wear loose comfortable cotton clothes. Please DO NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothes while practising asanas. You skin requires fresh air during asanas.
    3. If you're a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you while you practice. This will allow you to observe your posture and help you auto-correct.

    Namaste, I never believed in yoga before, always used to do hard core exercises and giving thrill to body was fun. But today I experience soothing and so relaxing. I got to know every movement of my body and did inner exploration of my body. Ahinsa to my body is something unknown to me, today i got know bit of my body and it really felt living. Thank you ma'am. I want to know more and learn more. Feeling alive.

    The way to conduct the class with so much calm really energize me. All the asanas are challenging and helping my body to really open. Please create a 21 yoga challenge for flexibility. I am particularly mentioning about the mid back pain. Thank you so much. Really love your yoga class!!
