I am doing all these pranayams from my boyhood. I am now 90.with sharp memory,a retired group A service officer, a writer of several books . My grandfather died at 75, my father died at 72. Only I wait for century. But the last days are very painful., as if a penance for century.

Madam, I had two school teachers whom I still revered and remembered; some 8 years ago, i.e., in the year 2014, I took my family to call at the house of that teacher. My love and respect for that teacher made me compelled to call at him. The house was abandoned; I learnt from a shop there that the said sir passed away many years ago. I still have a signature of that sir that had been endorsed in my school copy, and I am l keeping the copy nicely.
Here I have seen your guidance for keeping our mind healthy. I have cultivated myself to accept in my mind you as my next teacher.
Thank you for the guidance, and I shall, like my teachers, remember you always.
