Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
Disclaimer: Please consult your doctor before practising online yoga. In case of normal delivery, this flow can be practiced after 3 months of delivery. In case of C-section or any complication, please consult your doctor before practising yoga. 🧘🏾
Things to Remember
1. Always practice on an empty stomach. Keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and your practice. If you've eaten fruits, a gap of 2 hours would be sufficient.
2. Wear loose comfortable cotton clothes. Please DO NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothes while practising asanas. You skin requires fresh air during asanas.
3. If you're a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you while you practice. This will allow you to observe your posture and help you auto-correct.
Stay regular and consistent in your practice with your practice! Enjoy the practice 🤍

Can you guys please give a 21 day intermediate level camp as well. Even if it will be paid it will be okay. I have never been consistent with my exercise routine but since I have completed your 21 day beginner yoga camp i look forward for mornings and wait for so that i can practice yoga with your videos and specially i love your voice radhika. It feels like something inside me is healing by doing yoga from your videos. I just have one tip for you guys in beginners yoga camp after 10 days your videos seems faster in mode or something I don’t know whether it felt like that or you guys actually increased the pace of the videos but if it was fast paced then don’t do that to any of your videos and create a separate playlist for people who want to just see the poses from these fast paced videos. Because i feel your regular attendees of these online yoga liked these meditation kind of videos that you make more where you even understand how right you are going with your own poses or not. Thank you to the team for giving me the kind of mental peace i was looking for all my adult life.

Please make some videos for periods cramps. It's highly needed every month. Because I love doing yoga watching satvic yoga's videos so I would prefer your videos over others if you make some for period days.
