    Thanks very much for the quick little respite in my day. Sitting at a desk all day has been more detrimental to my body than over a decade of labour. This little routine has made all the difference in my day.

    I’ve been having shoulder pain from a desk twist tear. This was just what I needed! It caused all the right pops and left me with extra energy. I’m gonna do this multiple times a day. 🥰🥰

    I really appreciate you getting straight to the point. this is also my first time watching/doing ones of your videos, as the person I usually watch for my morning yoga doesn't have videos like this.
