    I'm working from home and it's long sitting hours at the computer desk. It's brutal and even almost daily 30-40min workouts in the evening don't seem to be enough. Trying to move more while working by having a 5 minute break every hour. Your workouts really help. Thanks!

    I work from home and have noticed my joints clicking a lot lately. I haven't been running as much as I used to and wanted to find a good pre/post-work stretch video. This was perfect! I've bookmarked and am going to use it daily. 🙌🏼

    Thank youuuu. I work as a school teacher and when I did this workout in a laboratory (after making sure no one was watching 😁) I felt instantly relaxed and energized. So helpful.

    Amy I just found out these 5 minutes workouts. Great to do them throughout the day. Please post more of them. I will include them in my daily life.

    Working in the office 5 days a week I always have low energy. I sit 8-12 hours a day when I'm at work. I recently started going to the gym and I find this video helpful to do 2-4 times a day. I make my way to the gym feeling a little more pumped up. This is good to do during and after your shift and even before and after your work outs if you go to the gym or take a jog around the park. It's refreshing, beneficial and useful to include in your work out routine for stretching, relaxing your muscles and joints. I love this 5 minute work out, I use it all the time now.

    Awesome--I love these! They will also be good in the evening or on weekends when I'm on the computer or reading for extended periods. Since I have a standing work desk, that's when I sit too much! Great reminder to move often; the minutes add up. Thanks!

    What a great workout, it starts so gently and accessible, but I felt really tempted to kick up the tempo so I ended up not only stretching but really raising my heart beat. Love it! My new go to video!

    I love the shortness. Many other similar workouts take a minimum of 10 minutes, which I struggle to cram in to my workday.
