    I do this with my friend sometimes when she was in Japan, and sometimes when I'm on 3rd shift. Really helps when feeling tired!

    Ive erectly moved from a very up and about job to sitting at a desk all day as an Office Manager and man has sitting in a chair really affected me. I haven't done yoga in many years and decided to look up something to do at my desk. I loved this! My spine feels so much better and Im sitting up straight! Haven't done that all day. Definitely subscribing and continuing this.

    This was so helpful!!! I have been suffering from a migraine for the last 2 weeks (today is day 14). I can't figure out what's brought it on--I've gone to the ER, to my PCP, I've gotten a massage... and yet, it persists. I suspect it has to do with how much I sit at a desk at work. I have already switched from fluorescent lighting to a small, warm light lamp. I just don't know what else to do. This desk yoga helped. I felt the pull in almost every pose--which felt really good! Thank you!

    WOW, just tried this for the first time, my head is still spinning, feeling lightheaded, is that ok or maybe its the fact that I took myprodol this morning, but its great to do first thing in the morning just to get a great start to the day. Namaste Christina

      Hi, Anne. I am unsure why you are feeling dizzy and lightheaded. Please don’t do this routine if it makes you feel that way or any other form of exercise if you are feeling lightheaded and that your head is spinning. I’m not sure what myprodol is, but if it is making you feel those things, then I would suggest not taking it before you exercise. Also, I’d suggest eating a light meal and drinking water about an hour before attempting yoga or any other form of exercise first thing in the morning. Also, please consult your doctor to let them know that this happened to you. I hope you feel better and please work with caution!!

    I have actually kept at this for 6 days in a row! Even on my days off! Whenever I feel like slacking, I just say to myself "can you do just the deep breathing part at the beginning?" Once I do that, I'm sucked in for the rest! Some day, maybe, I'll get up to 15 minutes!

    Thank you for this. A couple of things I've noticed so far; 1) when doing the head roll, I hear this crackling sound! It sounds like it's coming from the back of the neck, and around my ears! Like popcorn! 2) My shoulder rolls feel jerky, not smooth like yours. Does that improve with practice?

      +CarolJ2013, it could just be that there is a lot of tightness in your muscles surrounding the shoulders and neck. While these actions may improve over time if you continue to stretch them out, I’d also recommend trying out self massage with yoga tune up balls. You can get them on amazon if you do a search. As long as you are not it any pain during any of theses movements, stretching and self massage should definitely improve this for you. Hope that helps 😊
