      @@siblings--5880 i eat everything i want to eat but half of what i would usually. Then i don't eat after 7pm and before 10am. Everyone's bodies are different though but that's what works for me and I'm still shedding weight.

    Guys I did the whole workout without any pause and ads! I am so happy that I finally finished it. It was great and you can do it too! I had to jog instead of the x Jumps because I could not jump and I felt a little weak honestly, but after that I was so amazed of what my body can do! It is not impossible because I got stronger during it and finished it.
    Remeber that you can always do it if you want. :))

    Ok, I have so much to say! So I am going to preface it as: I am a 14 year old girl who has HATED working out. I told myself at the beginning of 2021 I was going to workout for me and my health and to feel good. I have kept with that promise. I have tried so many workouts online and I hardly ever find one that I love. I always find ones that I like but know I will never actually go back to. I saw this workout and knew I had to try it. I started it and felt good. I continued on and the workout seemed to go by so fast. I do not have the best endurance but I hardly ever felt the need to stop. The workouts were enjoyable and at the beginning I did not think I would like the continuous 15 second breaks but I did! I continued moving during them so I wouldn’t cramp. This workout ended so fast, for the first time ever I was hoping it would continue. I wore my Apple Watch and burned 342 active calories and 402 total calories. I just wanted to say how much I LOVE THIS WORKOUT AND PLATFORM!!!! I realized later that I didn’t say how good these exercises are. They are HARD. But if you want to succeed you will. They feel so good in the end. I am always someone who stops and checks to see how much I have longer, but for these I didn’t care, I wanted to keep going because the burn feels so good! I would totally recommend!!

    I did this hitt workout this morning as part of my workout program. it was a great workout and easy to follow the steps so I could just focus on giving it my everything instead of worrying about complicated moves. I did manage to keep up but only because I'm accustomed to working out a lot especially on my cardio. I am definitely going to do your work out as my training to replace my current hitt workout. I read the comments and everybody is arguing about calories burnt but what I would say is if you give it you're absolutely everything on this workout and keep up you will burn lots of calories they will take care of themselves. 😊👊🏼

    I saw nimeshaa losing 2 kgs with this after doing it for 3 days so... HERE I AM!!
    I'm going to do this for about a week or so since school is reopening.
    Current weight - 49 kg
    Goal- 47 kg

    Day 1: DONEE!! definitely challenging but i made thru it! Best thing about this workout is it is new and doesent have sets or repeats. Loved it. I'm doing this 30 min hiit + momomi's arm and abs workout for another 30 minutes.
    Day 2: done ✔ definitely easier than yesterday. Have no changes in my body but ofc, good things take time.
    Update : I will be continuing this from 1st sep as I have exams rn.. and I need to focus on studies. Instead of hiit (it is tiring me out) I will do some arm and ab excercises by momomi ! I'll come back so dw guys ! Also sorry for not updating. Tbh this hiit workout is also not that challenging for me... I would like to try something more challenging

    I HATED cardio because it made my anxiety worse and I constantly felt like I had to fight my anxiety attacks while working out, I stopped working out for months now because of this. Today, I decided I'll try to go back again to gain back my fitness and to feel good about myself, I was hesitant and scared because I wasn't sure if I'll have to fight my anxious thoughts while working out. Suddenly, I stumbled across your workout and I said to myself I'll not push it to my limits to finish and I'll just let my body decide when to stop, but here I am! 30 minutes later I finished the whole workout without fighting my negative thoughts!!! I never felt soo good during a cardio workout before!!!

    Just completed this workout and feeling amazing!!! 🥰 I was a long distance runner for ten years and this year I’ve been switching over to HIIT. WAY more results with less time (I have my abs back in under a month’s time!) and science backs it up too .     I just did this workout just like in the video, according with my iWatch I didn't burn 400 calories, I burned 240 calories. I know burning calories depends of the weight, height, age, gender... As a reference: I'm 24, weight: 65kg, height: 1.65m

I also hate HITT sessions where the person in the video is smiling . Your HITT session is real and you look in pain and that’s how I feel and look when I give it my all as well!

    Great workout! I completed the entire workout with modifications on 4 of the exercises and burned almost 300 calories (per my apple watch). No warmup or cool down in the video and it contains many high impact exercises on the knees (if anyone was wondering).

    This was a killer HIIT. Burned 300 in 30 min. I was drenched in sweat and couldn’t even stop to wipe the sweat off my eyes!! Just keep going, even if you need to moderate. HIIT workouts is what made me lose my belly fat the first time around. P.s. women make sure to wear a supportive sports bra lol

    It took me 45 mins instead of 32 to finish this workout. My second day doing HIIT workouts. This one was intense, and really kicked my but. I’m just happy I finished it. 👏🏼🥳🥳

    This workout doesn’t burn 400 calories.. but it depends on age and everything and HOW MUCH YOU WORK FOR IT! This was one of the best workouts I’ve ever done loved it! Had me sweating but it was SO GOOD

    I overslept today missing my morning HIIT class & it was too hot out for a run. This was great alternative! I didn't quite keep up with the instructor's pace but I did the whole thing and burned 353 calories. All while keeping an eye on my computer for work. Saving this workout for the future!

    30min completed.
    Been working out like hell during quarantine, lost 9lb and its almost 2 months since my last workout. I lost motivation because im going through a storm and felt like i had no strength spiritually nor physically.
    Didn’t stop throughout the workout, what kept me from giving up and laying down for bit was to think of it as if i completed the 30min it’d be defining for achieving my dreams
    just gotta FOCUS, it’s all in my head!

    I really cried halfway through this since I couldn't do half of the workouts. im a beginner so I know this is more advanced but it still sucks. I would love to do this without stopping as much as I did. Im trying so hard! im saving this video so once I feel more confident, ill try it again.

    I did this workout yesterday with no stops and high energy. Even though I'm accustomed to HIIT workouts and running outdoors, this one certainly qualifies under the "difficult" category. I am really feeling the soreness all over a day later. Looking forward to trying more of her workouts.

    Loved this!
    First round is it he most intense so push through it. After that, cardio is sprinkled in to keep your HR up but it’s a mix of full body moves.
    Really enjoyed it & a nice sweat on
    320 cals on the watch

    GREAT WORKOUT! 4 minute warmup. Total of 38 minutes. Total calories burned 317 and 272 active calories! Kick sits and bear walks kicked my arse!

    Absolutely sweating almost cried! I did take a few 5 sec breaks with the x jump bear jumps and crunches but I am still breathing very big breaths wow! Haven't had that good of a workout in a few months while doing it I wished I wasn't but now I feel so happy I did! Thanks for the 45 second breaks I needed those!

    it was deffinatly one of the hardest workout i have ever done if not THE hardest. i stoped the video a couple of times and skiped some . but i am so proud of myself for pushing through and i hope one day i can do this workout easly.

      @@naina6224 Yeah!! I use a myzone belt to track my calories as I feel its more accurate than the watch and thats what it showed. Regardless of the calories, I felt it was a great workout. Challenging but interesting. Didnt bore me at all and for me that was a major plus 😬

    Day 1: ✅ I did the whole thing with no stops except for one when my mom came into my room 😅 holy crap this really makes you sweat- but the 32 minutes went by so fast, I really like this one ^ ^ I'm gonna do this for a week and see what happens
    Day 2:✅ less pain than yesterday, I was able to do this with no rests

    Took me 38mins as I paused to go grab water and then again to grab my mat. I also let the ads play as I was grateful for the extra seconds lol.
    My Apple Watch says I burnt 270cals, I’m happy with that 🥵
    More or less kept up too apart from one or 2 moves I had to rest for 2secs then get back into it. I also changed the X Jumps to regular star jumps as my knee wouldn’t allow them lol.
    Thanks! Will be doing again for sure 💪🏻
