@@cryptsgames8273 i am glad this comment was motivational for you! after a month of exercising a lot at home, i decided to go to the gym for more better equipment (because working out at home is just such a mess and very loud!). i also focused more on my diet, (not saying it was a very healthy one) limiting to 800-1000 per day as i am still a child. i hope this helped you!
I haven't been working out for months due to some big university project. I just finished this. I wouldn't say I did all of it perfectly but I DID get to the end of it and I tell you, I feel goddsmn AMAZING. my thighs feel weak and I'm definitely gonna do some cool down stretches but it's so wonderful to sweat and feel alive and out of breath again

I didn’t choose this workout because of the 1000 calorie lure. I know that very few people would actually achieve such a burn from a workout with so much mat work AND so few fitness trackers are reliable enough. Mine said 450 cals burned for this which is consistent with similar workouts. A really enjoyable workout but agree with other comments - these promises of calories burned only pull people in that actually believe it and then they feel demoralised when their watches say much less. Just enjoy a great workout everyone, think of the good you’re doing your bodies and forget about the numbers. Thanks for a great workout x
I burnt 500 calories, took a little longer rest between each step in round 2 n round 3, skipping all burpees in here FANTASTIC WORKOUT! I'm almost dead, love it
I can't believe I did it without extra resting! (my burpees were slower than hers tho) I started doing HIIT a week ago cuz the pandemic just got super horrible in my country and I can't go running anymore. I have found significantly more joy in HIIT than in running and I will definitely stick to it! Thanks for the awesome routine.
Nice workout really burns a lot of calories.......perfect combo of all exercise anyone who is searching for a perfect weight loss workout can go through it 🙂
Okay for all those commenting on title and click bait being misleading or whatever...you will burn as many calories in the simplest of workouts if you push enough..it depends on your own body and energy so please stop being so critical she is giving you awesome free workouts online appreciate that otherwise pay tons of money and go the gym...be grateful guys atleast..
I completed the whole workout! It's such a great burn I feel my legs are sore and after doing all the sets 5th set killed my booty and legs brutally 💀😂 Reminder :before doing workout please warm up . 2.while doing exercises encourage your abs and don't forget to breathe in and out... 3.if you are new then do exercise slowly but make sure to do it properly 4.if you are feeling tired then feel free to take little more rest and give yourself water break (but don't drink too much water you don't wanna feel your stomach bloated haha) 5.watch your position or ask someone to guide you. Don't do wrong position it can harm you or injure you. 6. Consistency is the key! So please at least do it 3 to 4 times a week 7.after doing workouts cool down your body or stretch your muscles. 8.make sure about your goals if you want to lose weight then workout hard besides diet(healthy eating) is more important .u can't lose weight only by doing exercise. That's it guys. Please forgive me for my grammar mistakes. And before putting such malicious content please do it correctly.if it's too easy for you then maybe you are not doing it correctly. She's encouraging us don't let her down. it's my request. Love you all ❤
im 12 and I just completed the whole workout. I gave a 1 hour break right in the middle of it but I managed to do everything without stopping except that break. I feel like working out is way easier after doing this because I really did a lot of things in this. this was an amazing workout, thanks to the motivations between the rounds and the nice, positive energy the coach gave. thank you!💜
This was something. I'm glad I found workout which includes fat burn and also exercises for all my target parts aka abs, butt, legs and arms. Somewhere in the middle of round 3, I thought I can't finnishit it, but finally I did it till the end
The workout plan is soo well put together. From time to time i was losing my breath but never my strength to complete it 😄 i hope it works since i enjoyed it. Thank you❤️❤️
I'm gonna start this intense workout...this comment will help me to move forward and remind me that I challenged this to myself.... let's wait for sometime and I'll definitely comeback and share my thought... Thank you for this video😊
Yess...so time for updates... I'm not doing my exercise regularly but i make sure that at least once in week i should this... At first there is so much pain that it lasts for about 2 3 days and yes it affected my daily routine but when I continued in next week there was lesser pain as I do normal exercise daily... . So for my result i just want to say I'm not much regular but this will definitely help as for me i lost 5kgs since two months... Thinking that this will help Thank you for this video
Finished it! Agree that it probably doesn't burn 1000 calories but didn't even track just here for a good workout which this channel always provides :)
I DID ITTTTTTT 😭😭😭 I was nervous because I don’t like cardio, but needed to incorporate some into my workout routine (so decided to do an intense one 2x a week to get it out of the way instead of doing moderate cardio everyday) and not only did I complete the whole thing, but I did it in a marvelous pace too!! I’m so proud of myself 🤧
Non ho bruciato 1000 calorie (ovviamente), ma esattamente 400. Tuttavia l'allenamento è ben strutturato, variegato e, perché no, divertente! Go Girls!!!
@@majapavlovic754 Hiit workouts are excercises which stimulate your muscles and increase your heart rate at the same time. You burn lots of calories during the workout due to the increased heart rate and you keep burning extra cals during the entire day since your muscles are tired and they need energy to recover. To be even more specific: Giulia said she burned 400 cals; she probably burned an additional 150 in the next hour (that's when you burn the most since you are still recovering and tired) and continued to burn the remaining cals during the rest of the day. I honestly don't think it can go up to 1000 cals because it feels a bit too much but I think it can reach 600 in total for sure (which is already a whole lot!!)

its a hiit workout, which means that even if you don't burn 1000 calories during the workout, you will continue to burn more calories throughout the day than you usually do while at rest
I have been on a calorie deficit and have been doing this workout for about 3 weeks and I have started seeing results. It takes patience to reach your goal so don't give up on the first week. You've got this!!!

@@iate51kebabs hey, your comment was lowkey very motivational. Now that it’s been a month since you commented this I just wanted to ask how big is the progress now? And for this progress did you just do these exercises or did you focus on dieting too and if so how much was your calorie intake?
@@iate51kebabs thank you so much for responding :)
Thanks!
I haven't been working out for months due to some big university project. I just finished this. I wouldn't say I did all of it perfectly but I DID get to the end of it and I tell you, I feel goddsmn AMAZING. my thighs feel weak and I'm definitely gonna do some cool down stretches but it's so wonderful to sweat and feel alive and out of breath again
these workouts are so quick because each one is 1 minute and thats what i love about it, you just get it over with and only do like 10 workouts a set. It motivates me and its a big sweat
God I did it .seriously I did it.I never expected this .first time I did workout for 48 mins .whoa....u are the best sissy. Love u so much
Great workout as always!!
Less about the calories and more about improving yourself and sweating it out while pushing through a good fun workout.
Totally Agree enjoying ourselves ❤️❤️💪

I didn’t choose this workout because of the 1000 calorie lure. I know that very few people would actually achieve such a burn from a workout with so much mat work AND so few fitness trackers are reliable enough. Mine said 450 cals burned for this which is consistent with similar workouts. A really enjoyable workout but agree with other comments - these promises of calories burned only pull people in that actually believe it and then they feel demoralised when their watches say much less. Just enjoy a great workout everyone, think of the good you’re doing your bodies and forget about the numbers.
Thanks for a great workout x
how to count your calories loss
I hate those watches they just count arm Swings. I burn more calories while housework if it comes to my stupid Fitness Tracker
Concordo 👏👏🇧🇷
I burnt 500 calories, took a little longer rest between each step in round 2 n round 3, skipping all burpees in here FANTASTIC WORKOUT!
I'm almost dead, love it
Why 500 only ?? She said it's burn 1000?!
She has skipped all burpees...yar..read that@@DianaImad-g6y
@@DianaImad-g6yIt's HIIT,you'll burn calories after workout too.
I can't believe I did it without extra resting! (my burpees were slower than hers tho) I started doing HIIT a week ago cuz the pandemic just got super horrible in my country and I can't go running anymore. I have found significantly more joy in HIIT than in running and I will definitely stick to it! Thanks for the awesome routine.

how many calories do you burn?
@@Manuzeraeita, i , k ,
Okay for all those commenting on title and click bait being misleading or whatever...you will burn as many calories in the simplest of workouts if you push enough..it depends on your own body and energy so please stop being so critical she is giving you awesome free workouts online appreciate that otherwise pay tons of money and go the gym...be grateful guys atleast..
I completed the whole workout! It's such a great burn I feel my legs are sore and after doing all the sets 5th set killed my booty and legs brutally 💀😂
Reminder :before doing workout please warm up .
2.while doing exercises encourage your abs and don't forget to breathe in and out...
3.if you are new then do exercise slowly but make sure to do it properly
4.if you are feeling tired then feel free to take little more rest and give yourself water break (but don't drink too much water you don't wanna feel your stomach bloated haha)
5.watch your position or ask someone to guide you. Don't do wrong position it can harm you or injure you.
6. Consistency is the key! So please at least do it 3 to 4 times a week
7.after doing workouts cool down your body or stretch your muscles.
8.make sure about your goals if you want to lose weight then workout hard besides diet(healthy eating) is more important .u can't lose weight only by doing exercise.

My fourth hiit workout. I made it 34 minutes in. I had sweat dripping onto my yoga mat. It was incredible and i feel so accomplished!!
Oh god now I’m scared to find out how I’ll turn out
im 12 and I just completed the whole workout. I gave a 1 hour break right in the middle of it but I managed to do everything without stopping except that break. I feel like working out is way easier after doing this because I really did a lot of things in this. this was an amazing workout, thanks to the motivations between the rounds and the nice, positive energy the coach gave. thank you!💜
super advanced: add weights and a band wherever possible!! I just did that and it made it SO MUCH HARDER!!
Thank you❤️❤️
I got up to 25 mins. This is great my sweat was running down like it would never.
I'm gonna start this intense workout...this comment will help me to move forward and remind me that I challenged this to myself.... let's wait for sometime and I'll definitely comeback and share my thought...

Hi! do you have any updates on how much weight you've lost?
Yess...so time for updates...
I'm not doing my exercise regularly but i make sure that at least once in week i should this...
At first there is so much pain that it lasts for about 2 3 days and yes it affected my daily routine but when I continued in next week there was lesser pain as I do normal exercise daily...
.
So for my result i just want to say I'm not much regular but this will definitely help as for me i lost 5kgs since two months...
Thinking that this will help

@@deepalisingh9355 wow that's really great! also I recommend for you to rest for 24 after each HIIT workout to give ether muscles some time to recover
Great workout! Love it broken up. Kinda tricks your mind by counting down 5 segments rather than 50 minutes!!
Just completed this workout with my young niece, sob and daughter. We enjoyed it. With lots of love from Nairobi, Kenya this 21 Dec 2021.
Non ho bruciato 1000 calorie (ovviamente), ma esattamente 400. Tuttavia l'allenamento è ben strutturato, variegato e, perché no, divertente! Go Girls!!!
Then why does it say to burn 1000 calories?
@@laviniapiersanti3977 Thanks for the explanation, it already makes sense.
