Jumped on this video from your Merc video and what a breath of fresh air this was. As a Vipassana practitioner myself, it's great to see the positive impact the practice is having on others. I kind of saw the 'light' in 2017 and since then, I've been perceiving the universe in a radical new way that's brought me a lot of clarity, wisdom and peace. For a high-strung person, Vipassana is slowly teaching me the fine art of not giving a f**K. Or at least how to realign life's priorities..

We should encourage our young generation to speak in sinhalese and embrace the mother toung. It seems like we are the only nation to feel embarrassed in communicating in the native language & this should surely change. Im so glad that influencers like you are working towards this cause. Aww Gaya how beautiful to hear you came to realize such a thing!! 💕 I was born and raised in Italy but my parents always talked in Sinhala too with me so I have to say that I'm proud to be able to talk three different languages which one is Sinhala! I feel always so happy every time I come to Sri Lanka and I'm able to communicate to family and people there even with my broken and weird Sinhala (an Italianized Sinhala) ahah 😄 Now my only wish is to learn to read and write!
