    I’m quite an active person, but like any anybody i have dips of not working out, for example was sick for the last 3 weeks and couldn’t workout! It was so sad because I could really feel the regression in the progress that I made not only in my muscle definition but my stamina too. This is day 1 one of getting back on the grind again and it feels amazing to be back doing these awesome workouts with you ! I’m working back up to the 1 hr sessions but this is a good start. 💪🏼

    This made me teary eyed. I love how ypu slowly incorporated the burpees from easy to the full. I used to love burpees, I could do 100 in an instant until I got overtrained and plateau. Now Im weak and slow but Im trying to go back to the old strong me one burpee at a time.

    I have been working out consistently at home for about 1.5 years now and just came across your channel about 3 weeks ago.....man oh man have your videos pushed me!!!     Anna and team: I started working out with you about two years ago to get in better shape for my wedding. Now, I'm 18 weeks pregnant and just completed this workout (with some mods, of course) and can honestly say I'm so proud of myself and what my body can do- and that is not something I say often or ever before your workouts. You're a big part of so many life journies (actually about 2.83M as of this comment, haha) and that is an incredible accmplishment. Thank you so much for your amazing workouts and keeping us motivated to feel strong. As always, keep up the great work!

    I subscribed and unsubscribed your channel last year after few tries because I could not finish your workout at all. Even the low impact ones would kill me. Slowly I built my strength I guess and few weeks back I tried one of your HIIT workouts again and I managed to actually enjoy it even though I almost died. 😅 Few more after wards, and I hit that "Subscribe" again because I finally think I'm ready to follow your workouts, enjoy and actually feel good afterwards.     OHHH My Godddess back again - this time it felt pretty easy! We dont usually get a much welcomed break between exercises with your routines. I'd day this was hard but not savage. Bring on the 45 min and hour true burners :)

    This is a great workout , that builds intensity toward the end with killer 4 different burpees after 90%. Very good choice of exercises and switches between muscles groups. Thank you Anna you are amazing!!!!!!
