OMG! This Tabata workout is a very fun workout. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
Ich muss sagen, dass mir die musikalische Untermalung auch mega gut gefällt. Wenn das Songs sind, die man aus dem Radio kennt, macht es noch mehr Spaß mitzumachen. Bei den anderen langen Workouts, wo eher kein Gesang ist, finde ich es zB schwer am Ball zu bleiben und motiviert zu sein.

i really liked this one!! im a HUGE kpop stan (and i love jungkook and bts) so seven was an awesome song to hear! i had to take a small break in the middle, but hopefully, I'll get to a point where that's not needed!
The butterfly that flew past!!! Giving us all encouragement that we can do it! Just completed after doing a 40 minute workout of yours that was 50sec on and 10 off. I was feeling so discouraged and down because I just couldn’t do it without modifying or stopping. This gave me the energy and feeling of accomplishment!! ❤❤❤

This is probably my favorite workout video you’ve made because it’s so versatile to add to my week!! If I want a harder workout day, I can combine this with a longer video of yours, and if I want a lighter cardio day I can do this on its own between gym days!! 12-15 min is the best format for tabata. It's quick and you end it so sweaty 🥰🤣 It was really fun, i loved it, thank you so much !!
