    I just started this workout today with 65 kg weight. Also, my postures are not really correct but I’m looking forward to do this workout at least 15 days and I’m gonna definitely update my results❤

      Hi guys I’m here after 15 days. Although there is not much difference in my weight it’s just 1 kg but you need to be consistent and yes of course ,watch what you eat. I ate junk 2,3 times… my bad 🥹. But yeah this year I’m gonna do it.

    Ya ofcourse .Daily I divided some exercises according days. At first month I do only half hour these exercises and from second month I increase my time.

    Good Morning I'm trying to work more on my thighs which one of your video would you recommend. I'm almost done with the 4-week challenge as well. And I like to get up between 3-4 to exercise. I love sugar and need help trying to limit it but I also eat a lot of fruit and vegetable. And I get up in the middle of the night eating. Please Help!!! Merry Christmas to you 🎀

    Hey. So i really want a normal 3-4 times a week(or everyday) workout. I wonder if i lose weight, it’s important that i DONT lose weight. I’m a 13 years old girl, and my weight is 47kg. If i can lose weight, what should I do to not? And do you have a video to people that don’t want to lose weight? ❤️

    So I promise to update.
    No lies
    I'll tell my go weight and final result and the end. I will be doing this for 2 weeks.
    Day 1 - I did this whole exercise. I ate 1 banana and half a boiled egg which altogether r 176 calories

    I almost twisted my foot on the lunges I was doin great till the end OWCH

      Protip: do your lunges by stepping backwards. It keeps you from overstepping and tweaking your knees and ankles! (Old track athlete tip)

    Is that doing exercise at the same time every day is important or I can do every day at any time???
    & in the morning do i do it in empty stomach or after taking breakfast.
    (For me it's hard to at empty stomach)

      Hello I am not roboert but you can follow my tips morning in empty stomach drink chia water or black tea without sugar or hot water and go and exercise after bath take your break fast roti or salad and 11 0 clock you can sad nuts for snacks and 1 0 clock you can eat your lunch eat more veggies and less rice and evening go and exercise after eat some little bit oats without suger or masala oats 😋 and 8 0 clock have your dinner roti or skip it ok and walk 30 minutes
      But one thing there is no possibility to loss 10 kg in one month you can lose upto 3 to 5 Ok
