Have been doing this for a week. First four days were horrible after the workout as my thighs were paining but after that no pain at all. I lost 2 kg in a week , of course with the aid of other stuff like intermittent fasting for 18 hours, green tea on an empty stomach, 2L of water everyday, no fast foods especially noodles. I struggled to lose weight but small changes make a huge difference. Don't give up and remember you're doing it for yourself and not others.
DISCLAIMER: This is a motivation comment to remind me every day that I have to do the exercise routine and update you! Every time when exams period starts I realise that I gain 2-5 kg every time. Not only because of sitting on my desk studying, but also because I am anxious and everything I eat turns into more fat. Belly and inner thighs are my biggest problem when it comes to gaining wheight. So I decided to start this routine. DAY 1✅: I just did the whole thing and I got exhausted. Thank God it had many breaks between the exercises. The truth is that my belly wasn't empty enough, so i struggled a little bit more, but that's ok. I already feel better with myself. I'm gonna do it tomorrow morning without eating anything and then I'll drink some green tea. DAY 2✅: Just finished and i swear guys I'm sweating. I did the exercises much better than yesterday and I feel the fat burning. It was the first thing that I did as soon as I woke up and I feel grateful for doing so. It was much easier with a complitely empty stomach. My stomach is already much flatter than yesterday. Now I'm gonna drink a cup of green tea and then jump into the shower. DAY 3✅: This time I did it much easier. Ofcourse I started getting tired with lunge jumps, but I made it. My thighs hurt but I feel stronger every day. DAY 4✅: I just complited it succesfully for 4 days in a row and the first signs of improvement are starting to show. My thighs hurt a bit still, but my belly got pretty flat and my legs feel a lot stronger. Only if you start exercising you will see how weak your feet and hands are. Each day is more easy to complete the routine and with a balanced diet you will see a lot quicker the results. I stopped eating sugar, not even in the tea, i eat veggies and mostly chicken for meat. You feel better with yourself and gain more confidence. DAY 5✅: My legs don't hurt as they used to. The difference started to show (flat belly tight thighs, even butt is more peppy). I measured my belly and thighs before starting this exercise so in 2 days from now I'm gonna measure my body again to see how much of a difference it has. But for now it's shower time DAY 6✅: Completed once again! I don't struggle with lunge jumps anymore. A cool shower is the only thing that I need right now. DAY 7✅: I measured myself, because it's been a week since i started. So my old measurements were: belly 94cm, right thigh almost 59cm, left thigh 58cm. My new measurements are: belly 87cm, right thigh: 57cm, left thigh: 57cm. Advice: drink a lot water throughout the day, eat veggies and chicken, drink green tea while your stomach is empty DAY 8✅: For the first time I didnt check not even one time how many exercises are left. It went by fast. DAY 9✅: I feel very good with myself, cause for the first time I'm commited to an exercise routine. DAY 10✅: Time went by fast today. It's summer and in Greece it's super hot, this is why I'm sweating so much. Shower time! DAY 11✅: Today I didn't miss a single lunge jump. The difference in my body is beyond imagination. Shorts that didn't fit me anymore before starting the exercise now fit me as they used to. DAY 12✅: Accomplished! DAY 13✅: Completed! Tomorrow I'll measure myself again and move on to a new exercise routine. DAY 14✅: Finished it for the last time. I'll move on to a new routine tomorrow. Overall it's a very efficient to lose weight

Hi, I quite agree with the viewer who said that it’s impossible to do the lunge jumps immediately after doing the squats. When I couldn’t, I thought that this was it, I’m a given up case, but when I read her views, thank you, now I have all the happiness in the world that I’m no the only one who feels this way. It sure is hard! I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

Finally starting working out today Hight- 5'3 Weight- 60 Goal Weight- 50 Day 1 - I did a 6 minute warm up and couldn't do more that 10 mins of this video. I have started taking care of my diet and I'm positive I'll get there.

Dear Roberta, i challenge myself to do this for 2 months... Day 1:-feeling energetic and sweating horribly, but completed successfully, there are no squats , so from tom i will squats furst and all these excersizes.

I srsly hate working out, it took me almost 8 months to actually convince my self to start bc i woukd always want to but then i was svared i was going be seen and judged and finding this at home video legit changed my life so thank you im going to start trying out all your workouts and doing this daily you voosted mt confidence to actaully start my journey even if this was just day one i already feel 10 times more self confident about my body thank you so much you legit are my hero

I don't really follow a strict workout time, J2jan. For me, the ideal time would be when it fits into your schedule so you have the ability to show up everyday. It takes consistency and it needs to become a regular part of what you do in order to really see results. So remember to stay active and eat healthy along with regular exercise. Hey! I’m Greta and I’m pretty overweight for my age. I have been trying to lose weight, but sometimes I give up or My weight just doesn’t change. From what I’ve seen in the comment section it looks like a lot of people are like me and have lost a lot of weight in 2 weeks or 1 month. So I’m gonna be trying to do this workout as daily as I can. Starting 11th April 2023 (after Easter) I’m doing it rn because we have Easter break witch I don’t have school and I have more time to do workouts Age: 11 Weight: 59 kg (131 pounds) Height: 152,5 cm ( 5’0,5) Goal weight after 1 week: 55 kg (122 pounds) I’m doing it 1 or 2 times. I will be doing it one time because I’ve walked over 20 thousand steps! (I’ll try to update every day!) 11th April: ✔️ it was pretty hard I was sweating a lot and I was pretty tired, it went by quickly. I’ll see y’all tomorrow on April 12th! (I do recommend this workout btw!) Omg y’all believe it or not I checked my weight and I was 58 kg! I can’t believe it!! I do my workouts at night because after I won’t eat anything and gain the weight back! This is your sign to DO THE WORKOUT!! I believe in you!! 12th April:✔️ I only did half the workout, because I was pretty busy. But I hope I can do the workout more then once tomorrow! 13th April: Did the other half of yesterday! Hi, I quite agree with the viewer who said that it’s impossible to do the lunge jumps immediately after doing the squats. When I couldn’t, I thought that this was it, I’m a given up case, but when I read her views, thank you, now I have all the happiness in the world that I’m no the only one who feels this way. Thank you Roberta, you have so much strength, I’m amazed.
It sure is hard! I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

Day 2 - I was not willing to do it but still I did it
Day 3,4,5- I did not do it
Day 6,7 - I was doing karate
Day 8 - I did it again and I noticed that my tight jeans pant kinda is loose right now and I am soo happy
Day 1: I did for 16 mins and had pain all over my body for the rest of the day
Day 2: Did for 18 mins, continued with the pain to gain some fitness, my legs suffered during those squats but who's giving up? Not me!!
Day 3: Did for whole 20 mins 51 secs. Feeling lil better about my body, fat reduction is kinda visible, muscle bit tighter but no specific weight loss!!
Day 4: Completed the whole workout. All sweaty but enjoying the process🔥

I don't really follow a strict workout time, J2jan. For me, the ideal time would be when it fits into your schedule so you have the ability to show up everyday. It takes consistency and it needs to become a regular part of what you do in order to really see results. So remember to stay active and eat healthy along with regular exercise. Hey! I’m Greta and I’m pretty overweight for my age. I have been trying to lose weight, but sometimes I give up or My weight just doesn’t change.
