    Thank God I found your videos. I was struggling with self harm, but when I found your videos, I substituted the pain I felt when I harmed myself with the pain I felt while working out. Now, whenever I feel like I want to self-harm, I work out. Thanks Cassey!

    I really appreciate the talking during the workout and the encouraging words. For me, it seems as if the workout goes by a little faster. In turn, it makes it easier to give my all throughout the workout.

    3 years ago I was the fittest of my entire life but went down the track. I just started working out to Cassey's videos one month ago.. man was it hard at first?? YES! Have I got stronger over the month? Hell yeah! I did this workout today without stopping. Thank god I realized what an amazing feeling it is to feel strong, healthy, clean..     If I can give you all some damn advice: WALK while doing this. Walk through the whole room, through the yard, through the kitchen. It takes away the attention from the pain. If you got a partner he will look funny at you anyway :') he did. No space? Walk in circles!

    I love working out my arms because they have always been one of "3" problem areas on my body. Depression has always been a huge contributor to my weight issue, but I just wanted to thank you, Cassey, personally for making me smile again and feeling that inward stretch, I seriously thought would never come back.     Girl, I said at the end that was it? It went by so fast and I am so happy that was IT! This is my second video by Cassie and I love her so much already lol!     Please do something for under the arms, the "bingo wings" area! I'm so self conscious of that area after losing a lot of weight and being made fun for my flabby arms in my early teens and would love to love my arms.

    I've been doing a different blogilates arm workout video for 4 days now and this is my first time trying this one. Unlike the 4 other days, I finished this one without taking any breaks (I was about to, those prayer pulses kick my ass everytime). Practice makes perfect!!

    I always struggle with the "Prayer Pose" because I have kinda big boobs which prevent it for my elbows to touch. So I wanted to know which form it's better because of my problem *sigh*😓:
    1. Pushpin my back a bit forward so that my elbows can touch
    Or
    2. Just stand with my back straight and just not have my elbows completely touching

    This is the first blogilates video I've watched, and quick workout I've done, and I've gotta say it feels great. You're smile is contagious and I couldn't help myself from smiling too, even though it feels kind of silly grinning that big at my tv in my living room alone. Thank you for this pick me up! Never thought I'd be excited to do more workouts!

    I travel so much for work and spend so much time in hotel rooms and just discovered your videos while I was looking for how to build muscle without weights since I travel a lot! This was so great! Definitely felt the burn!

    I injured my knee so now I have to take a PIITstop for two weeks, no jumping, lunging, squatting, no running either. As the panic of OMG what am I supposed to do was about to hit me I rememberd good old classic Blogilates and here I am - so happy to be working out and to do regular poppilates again like in the "old days" :D

    I'm recovering from a serious elbow dislocation and have had a hard time finding workouts I could do that I could handle and this one was awesome! It's everything I need to help me ease back into working out. 😃 And it incorporates movements my occupational therapist recommends me to do!
