Only done this workout a few times, but I love it :) How often should I do it though? I’m trying to get stronger arms for basketball season so I can throw the ball way down the court and make stronger passes. I’ve done a couple of times on top of practice which is 5 days a week. I do 6 types of video workouts, 3 times a week each. Will I see results ? How long ? Should I do just Cardio to lose weight( I'm not fat, I just have belly fat) and not a lot of workouts? I just want to tone up my body.
To lose weight, you have to replace the fat with muscle; by doing strength building workouts, you will eventually lose the belly fat that is bothering you! Cardio is very important to a healthy lifestyle, but just make sure to have a nice balance between the different types of workouts you do. Mixing a few ab workouts in will also help lose the stubborn belly fat, though a healthy diet is also key. Good luck, but remember that you're already perfect
Hi Rebecca! I've been doing the arm workouts once every weekday for the last few months (in addition to your other videos) and in most of them you mention that this will help tone the underarm "bingo wing" area. However, I am not feeling it in that area. I TOTALLY feel the burn everywhere else. I've noticed the top of my arms toning up but cannot say the same for the underarm. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
Hi! Yes, I have so many different things that I incorporate because I tend to get bored working out. I used to never workout and now I'm steadily working out every week day for 30-45 minutes (each session I do an arm, ab, cardio, leg and butt video). I just don't feel this video's workout in the under/bingo wing area! ): Everywhere else though = FIRE! ;D

Hi Lovely! How is your diet? The way you look and feel is 80% NUTRITION - so we need to make sure you're hitting your protein number and repairing your muscles with every workout! Then, how about foam rolling and a proper warm-up and cooldown routine, do you practice those too? ❤️

Yes! Great question, and my answer is that it's always good to keep your body moving, just MAKE SURE you are keeping your main focus on your arm muscles because that's the goal here, that's what we're trying to work! 💪 Mind-to-muscle connection is key! If walking won't distract from that, maybe it even helps you focus, then yes of course do so ❤️
🌊Here's my 2 cents: my arms feel sore for about half a day after this workout. So I consider this workout *slightly staining*. Maybe consider doing a *moderate workout* involving push ups or 5-10lb weights if you have them with RL times this week. To not have sore, still-recovering muscles during swimming, pace yourself and do easy bodyweight workouts like this one, followed by *stretching* in the final couple days before your meetup.
