    One thing I love about blogilates is how approachable her channel is. She doesn't intimidate me with a dark atmosphere like some other fitness channels, it's all bright and colorful. She is also so open with her viewers so it doesn't seem like an unachievable goal to become fit and happy like her.

    The thing I love about blogilates is that she never puts me down. I don't have the best body, but she never says that anyone should look like her. She is so motivational. I've been sticking to the calendar for May and I have lost 13kg. I was so happy.

      Gabi S I had my normal diet. Like meat, vegetables, seafood, diary. The only thing I stopped eating was chocolate, dessert and sweets. The only time I gave in to myself having chocolate was that one week in the month, you know, lady week!

    the only thing that gets me through these workouts is the fact that, when you workout and do strength training, your muscles destroys cells and rebuilds them during recovery. since this process boosts your metabolism, which means i can eat more grapes.
    i love grapes.

    I love that you can see that she knows the work out is tough too! I find it so demotivating when a trainer doesn't break a sweat and I'm dying 😂 She's so real and relatable!

    I was about to blame myself because I couldn't do most of the exercices because I'm not strong enough for the moment, and then, I heard the lil speech of Cassey at the end of the video... I felt like she were right in front of me, telling me:"It's alright Jeanne, you're going to suceed".
    Cassey, you make me feel so happy... I'm on the second day of the April Challenge and thanks to you, I'm already feeling like a fitness goddess

      Ohhhh I'm so happy because I can give you a positive answer.😃
      YES! It's incredible, really, I feel that my belly is always in, I can feel my abs even if I don't see them (thx fat). And recently, my legs, wouahhh, I don't know how, but I've lost fat in my legs. Cassey's inner thighs workouts killed my fat legs! So impressive!
      And about my strength (sorry I'm a little bit talkative), arms on fire (doing the arm day is a real pleasure), abs ON FIREEEE (legs lifts? No problem sis) and I really feel that I control my body.
      For the weight, I didn't lose any pound/kg, it was my goal at the beggining, but, building my muscles, my body, is good goal to have too.

      Sorry for my speech, I hope you'll feel inspired, and that you'll take the challenge because I took it, and I'm really feeling like a fitgirl now😂😂.

    This is one of those workout videos I keep coming back to over the years. I've been doing it since it came out, about 3 years ago. I was never able to hold the plank all the way through without taking a break, but today I DID IT for the first time!! I am so proud of myself for building enough strength to do that :) Thank you Cassey for inspiring me always.

    6 months of Cassey calendars completed 🥳 been doing this for 3 years now and until lockdown made our lives calm down a bit I've struggled to fit even 1 full calendar in with fulltime time work, remodelling a house and 2 little boys.     Just finished my April 2nd workout calendar routine here!!! whos with me :) Absolutely died in that workout because I felt my arms were already so tired after the first 3 routines...but I tried my best and made it to the end :) Its my first month following this calendar routine thing so Im gonna give it my all :) xxxx Love from Ireland

    Cassey you really are the most amazing person! It was really hard for me and I felt like giving up but your calming voice and encouraging words made me hold on and push through it and I completed it without stopping! Because of you. I honestly would've given up if it was someone else's voice because no one is as inspiring and encouraging as you! So thank you, for making me push through every workout and motivating me to always be myself and be the strongest version of me as I can!

    I first did this workout 2 months ago, and I had to take lots of little breaks. Now I can complete this workout without any breaks, and adding a little bit of weights with the arms

    Like how she hasn't got this beanstick of a body. When I see fitness people who are really skinny and toned it disheartens me as my body doesn't look like that at all :( You are relatable and an inspiration and I love you for that Cassey :) Thank you for apartment (or flat in UK) friendly workouts :) Can't wait for the next video in the series :)

      PhantomFan1a Right?! Today in my sculpt class (think torturous Pilates) at my yoga studio there were these 2 gorgeous skinny girls - thigh gap, tight buns... but they were dying! I'm​ pretty small but struggle with potato chip belly - I felt so strong! 😁 Strength comes in all sizes!

    Just did this workout as part of Day 2 of the April 2020 Workout Calendar, and OHMYGOD did I find it hard! I admit I couldn’t do all the moves-what was that side dolphin plank thingy?!-but I kept moving because Cassie is so motivational. Her energy is infectious, and even though I’m cursing during some of these workouts, I feel 100% better after. 💪 Best way to keep the coronavirus cabin fever at bay!

    I agree with a lot of people here, she’s so amazing! She is really just very encouraging when she talks and not harsh. I’m overweight and can’t always manage all the reps but I never feel too bad about missing a few that I can’t do. Just makes me feel like she focuses more on the progress we make as individuals rather than getting to an exact number! I do this and about half an hour on a new bike machine I got for my room each day and even though I go at a slower pace and don’t have the best body or strength at the moment, it still feels like I can interact fully with the workouts she gives and just do my very best for my personal fitness journey!

      saame, but with my hip. Every time I did the ab thing where you do the sit ups, my hip was like P O P hahaha idk if it's bad or not, but at least we know we're not alone lol

      I'm super late, but I'd say stretch and warm up before the workout and do everything a bit slowly during it.

      I used to have this issue with my knees, but somehow it went away after time. someone explained it to me as saying that the all the air left my knees when it stopped popping, though I'm not sure if that's credible. maybe it's just pressure stuck in your shoulders? idk I'd say to work them more and see if there's any change

      @@gdaym8y I had the same problem and ended up having tendinitis. That was more of a rare occurrence, but I would definitely have a doctor check that out when you can! As long as you don't have reoccurring hip pain it shouldn't be a pressing issue. Just hoping that my experience with this issue helps :)!

    I really liked how in the 6 week body toning bootcamp you had the bar on the side that showed how much longer until we are finished with the exercise. It made it easier to keep going when I knew the end was near.

I am feeling pretty proud of the fact that it's the last day of this (very weird and pretty rubbish) year and I have followed your calendar workouts every single day since March when we went into the first lockdown in London.     The conversations we have when watching her videos. I always watch before I do them to try and get the moves memorized because I'm so near sighted. So, these are the conversations we have while I'm reviewing them.

    He tries to be funny, then I shut him up. Then he comes back with a compliment. That's how it always goes because I think he doesn't want to admit that he likes your videos. lol

      Don't be ashamed of your skin! You're beautiful no matter what shade you were born with. Take it from someone who used to use skin bleaching creams and get mad because I couldn't see any change. Then I met this BEAUTIFUL woman with the darkest skin I'd ever seen in person and feel in love with her skin tone and then in turn with my own.
      Just as Cassie tells us all the time, we need to love ourselves as we are and forget about what mainstream commercialized beauty standards keep trying to shove down our throats because that simply leads to an unhealthy and unhappy life.
      I love your skin tone even if you don't yet. I'm sure as you love yourself even more as time goes on, you'll love your skin as well.

    !!!wow!! as a nyc apartment dweller since birth, i was so excited for this- thank goodness it was just as challenging as i hoped and then some! i hate apartment-friendly workouts that are silent just because they lack in intensity, but i really shouldnt have worried about that because ~it's blogilates.~ thanks cassi, keep it up!!!!!!!!!!

    I love following you so much every other morning. Your personality makes me want to wake up and workout with you because it’s taught me great value of myself and my physical health. I’m going on three years following you and it’s changed my entire life and outlook of myself AND my outlook of others.     I have a few words to say describing my current mood/situation right before doing this workout: beginning of summer, warmer weather, exams at school, feeling stressed, tension in my whole body (physically and mentally), stress/PMS eating. After doing this and another workout from this new "series" my feelings are: sweating like crazy, I'm smiling again, all the tension is gone, so the body/mind hunger is as well. OH GOD, THANK YOU AND BLESS YOU. Nothing more need to say :)

    Dear Future Grass,
    I feel like crying. I just did 28 mins of arms and cardio before this video. And now Cassey isn't giving me any breaks. It just, I feel like I disappoint myself when I can't do it all amazingly. I'm so tired and so hungry lol.
    My mind is constantly telling me that I can't do it. That I'm not strong enough. And today it told me that Cassey can scream at me all she wants "YOU CAN DO IT! DON'T GIVE UP!" but she's probably talking to someone stronger. Someone who isn't me? She doesn't know me so her encouragement feels hollow. idk. This feels so sad but that's because I'm a little sad.
    Like, I'm convinced that I can't do it, So I keep giving up more and more throughout each video. It hasn't always been this way. Idk what's going on.

      On it's own, there would be no significance to this video but after 20-30 minutes of arms and cardio it's TORTURE!
      What inspired me was the first "Dear Future Grass" letter under this video. I wanted to prove myself that I am STRONG!!! I worked tooo hard in the past to give up now on a 10-ish min video!

    Your videos are amazing! You are the reason that I am working out again. I have multiple health issues, causing me to be unable to do a lot of things. I am not allowed to apply to much pressure to my feet, back or hands. That limits me in my options alot and after a few years, I felt uncomfortable to start working out again. But your videos are so helpful and motivating that I have started to work out again. And I missed it for so long. So thank you for your videos! You are a beautiful person (inside and outside) that inspires so many people. THANK YOU ❤️❤️

    This was my first blogilates workout and I feel really proud! I only paused once or twice on a planking exercise. I decided to start watching because I'm a swimmer and I feel that I'm not getting any better doing what Ive been doing.

    I just watched the video to see if it was beginner friendly- and it was- and I was just blown away with all the encouragement. I hated gym class during school because the teachers weren't all that encouraging and didn't understand that some people have limits to what they could do. I really wish that I could've followed along and that will be my goal as soon as I can get the help needed for my health problems. The encouragement alone made me want to exercise and better myself in a way that I haven't felt in years. You certainly have a subscriber out of me.

    I absolutely love your videos. I am in grad school and struggle to find the time to go to the gym. Your videos allow me to work out in my apartment, are fun, and I feel like I actually worked out by the end! You are very encouraging which pushes me to continue working out (despite the pain!). When I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed I will do one of your stretching videos. Afterwards, I feel relaxed and ready to take on the rest of my day. I also like the diversity because it keeps the workouts interesting and makes me want to do it again the next day. Very inspirational!!!

    I hadn't worked out in a while due to school work, but now that it's summer, I'm trying to work out again. I wasn't able to complete this workout fully, but I tried to do some hard moves and then rested for about 15-20 seconds. My stronger areas are my abs and legs, so I'm trying to work on my arms (my weakest areas). I'll try doing this workout for the rest of the week (maybe even longer) and see if I'll be able to master it. Thanks, Cassey, for making me motivated to do some of the hard parts and not just exit out of the video completely :)

    I am loving the oil riggers I am not at the level of doing pushups from a plank position but the oil riggers challenge me while still allowing me to actually push myself back up instead of getting stuck or not getting down all the way :)
