    EVERYTIME she said "I know it hurts but keep on going" I was precisely one inch away from stopping, but I kept on going (Doing the beginner calender day three). We were close to crying in the end. That hurts. I love it!

    Using this quarantine as a time to finally kick myself in the butt and start treating my body the way i deserves to be treated! There are so many programs out there but I remember loving your videos when I was younger so I decided to go back and do your beginners calendar and even though this is only day three I have to say this is the first time possibly ever that I go to sleep excited to wake up and do the next days workouts!! Thank you for making working out fun and giving the tough love that so many of us need. You are truly a pleasure and an inspiration

    I tried this workout about a year ago in the early phases of recovering from a chest lumpectomy, after my doctor warned me my shoulder might freeze if I don't move it enough, even though it was obviously quite difficult and painful. Trying this video was so painful and frustrating at the time because my body had become so incredibly weak. About 8 months later and being able to do the whole thing without breaks feels like a blessing and even though I'm just now properly going through your beginners calendar 2.0, knowing how incredibly weak I was back then gives me hope moving forward now.

    In case anyone was wondering if it gets better...it does!
    In June of 2019 I started running as a sport which with it comes exercise and better food choices. It seemed easy, until those days came where I didn't want to run at all. (the exercises included running, weight training, circuit training, lots of stretching, and etc.)
    Around Winter of 2019 and beginning of 2020, I wanted to workout my thighs and glutes, to have more power going up hill. (and also for a thigh gap because it was bothering me a lot. I think I'm over it now.) And in this journey of focusing on these two parts of my body, I found Cassey. I would do her thigh and butt workouts, of course. I kept hearing about a calendar in her videos but never did one.
    I stopped working out when quarantine was initiated here in my state. Due to no gym and no one being around to motivate me. Running outside with a mask on was simply...not the vibe. And I remembered Cassey's calendars. Once April 1st hit, I began to workout with her (and my boyfriend) and have been doing so everyday I can, since.
    This video, for it being a beginner's one, AND I used to workout before all this, I couldn't do without taking a few breaks in between. Today, I finally did it without stopping, along with the two other videos that were for today on the calendar.
    When this video, I was kinda like, "Wait, that was it? It's over?"
    SO. LONG STORY SHORT, IT TOOK ME ABOUT 3 MONTHS OF PILATES WITH CASSEY. I used to not practice Pilates as a form of exercise, so maybe that's why, but if you are just starting or have been doing this for a while and it's still difficult, let me just tell you to not give up, no matter how hard it gets. Our body gets stronger every second we do an odd uncomfortable move. Trust me.
    You can all do it. Keep pushing!

    I dont know if it was the endorphins or whatever, but I started crying after I finished this video. I didn't want to work out today and I just pushed through it just to do. When I finished, I felt so sore but so damn strong! I just couldn't help it. I cried and I felt my entire arm and I felt myself getting stronger. You have a lot of critic Cassey, but i'll always thank you for how powerful I felt after this workout

      i cry after intense workouts sometimes too. it happens usually because it is a lot of emotions at once, especially if you have anxiety/are depressed etc. wishing you well

      @@burrito255 The point of a "beginner" workout isn't for it to necessarily be easy. The point is to do things slower and focus on proper form. It's more about holding position (which is a lot harder for me than tons of reps) and being able to get to a point where you can keep your breath steady and your form tight. A beginner video can still be plenty hard. It's supposed to be.

    My wrists are really thankful for these kinds of arm exercises, i have really weak wrists and when it's two much with planks and push ups I can't finish them.
    I did your old beginners calender and then continued 9ver to your new one and it's really nice to feel like I can finish this video without dying

    I'm so proud of myself now. I just finished this video for the first time without stopping. I have never truly started working out in my life until this summer about a week ago when I was so tired of feeling bad about myself. I was actually able to smile alongside Cassey while doing this workout. If you think you can't do it, you can. Believe in yourself and keep going. It's hard but it gets easier.     I started out doing blogilates with no weights, dying. Now I've added five pounds on each arm with these exercises and use ankle weights on leg day and butt day. I've felt stronger, eaten clean, and I'm seeing the results!

    I did this video for the first time two and a half weeks ago (part of the 28 day beginner calendar), and it was so hard I had to stop so many times. Today I was able to get through the whole thing. So anyone struggling, just stick to your workouts and you'll get stronger in no time!

    Day 5 of the Beginner's Calendar completed and I can't believe what I have accomplished already. All those videos! I used to watch them in bed 😆I couldn't keep up with most of the exercises but sooo happy to still be here and excited for week 2 to see if I have made any progress!

      ExistentalCrisis don't worry, it does not make your arms gain muscle. Trust me, my muscles gain mass easily, but it has not happened with this workout

    After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and having been in so much pain for four years I’ve gained so much weight so I decided to eat healthy and workout and today was my first time back on your videos and my arms feel so great! I forgot how good the burn after working out could feel. Starting slow but I know I’m going to get better each time!

    I recently suffered a lower back injury which took me away from doing a sport I love for 4 months. I still have another two to go but I had totally given up on my body since I couldn't do anything apart from walking which is the same now. I recently watched a blogilates arm video and told myself that just cause you can't do your back workout and sport you can still work on arms. It's even better that Cassey is so nice and supportive.     I love you for saying you don't care if I scream at you....because I YELL AT YOU THROUGH EVERY VIDEO! Haha but I've been consistent with my calendar workouts all month, and I feel myself getting stronger and being able to keep up more and more every time.     can you make a video for toning the bat wing flubber under the arms? haha I don't know what it's called. You know, like opposite the bicep but above the tricep?lol I don't know how to tone this area.

    I'm new to POP Pilates! I've been doing the Seven Minute Arms for three weeks now, and I really do think I'm noticing a difference! I started this one today.     The First time i did this Video in the beginners calender i couldnt do it without doing pauses like the whole time. After a Couple of months i could do it completely and loved the workout. Its so good to notice the change and the strength

I'm looking for a HIIT video for beginners with low impact, would love it if you would do one, because it's not much fun browsing through these endless videos that just aren't as good as yours.

    I love how calm she is in this video. She's usually super enthusiastic and yelling which is fun and great but it was nice to have a change of tone. It kept me calm when I wanted to stop.

    I always do this one after the quick burn arm workout and even tho I suffer from chronic depression, a couple times a week i make myself do only those 2 workouts and I feel slightly more relaxed after it :) I love that those workouts don't need any equipment and I can just go one meter away from my bed, sit on the floor and do those workouts. First time I did them, I cried after Cassie said "you're a winner!". I know I sound over dramatic, but I'm really glad blogilates is so positive and helping someone super depressed to feel at least slightly better 😊 thank you, Cassey ❤️
