Bro there is a difference between nap and sleep. Nap means you provide temprory recharge to your body while sleep means to give complete rest to your body. So i think there is no problem in working out in the morning. Thank you 🙏

You must balance your routine, which includes getting 7-8 hours of sleep. If you have to do an intense workout in the morning, you should eat protein-rich foods (low fat content foods) at least 1 hour before the workout because fat slows down your digestion. You can also take pre-workout drinks or coffee (15-20 mins. before workout).

2nd tip is the mistake that I used to do... doing too much cardio before strength training and I also lost muscle mass because of that!!!
