Ragi jovar jaise Kai dhan aab log khana pasand nahi karate apane kitane mehnat se unaki nutrition value ko bataya hai... I hope log ek bar test ko baju karake isaka ananad lenge... Ham maharastra me har grishma Ritu me isaka kanji banate hai.. gut ko labhdai hai aur isake sath jhunaka aur salad bahot achha combination hota hai. Sirf ek baat hai isake sath Ghar ka butter unsalted ya ghee Lena isake fayade badhata hai.

Kya aap bata sakte ho kaun sa protein powder Lena chahie weight loss journey mein because khane se protein intake pura nahin Ho pa raha hai I am a housewife diet pe hu or Ghar me he thodi exercise kar leti hu
It is better to complete protein needs through natural food sources. If not, then can opt for plant-based protein powder of any brand like MyProtein, HKvitals, etc. as per your liking. Hope this helps:)
