As an 10th std Boy i can confirm The Rule 7 is very hard to perform we have to wake up at 5 am do exercise and leave for school at 6:30 am then after returning we have tution then we return at 6 pm then studies and dinner at 9 pm and sleeping at 11 pm quite tough, I know some people will say we should eat early but my parents being both being working, its hard for my mom to make dinner before 8:30 -9 pm 😢

We muslims follow the rule no.6 when we pray five times a day..the prayer gives calmness, relaxation, mindfulness, so we dont require any yoga meditattion or any other exercise..

Exactly mindfulness is for everyone and thus i brought into light that in Islam we have been asked to pray which gives comfort, relaxation to body and mind,stay way from negativeness and wrong doing, way of straight path and if i continue more its non stop. Social platform is one where we all have freedom to speak and its my duty to speak about truth thats Islam..maybe someone would be guided and would love to learn more about it if he feels so
