Sir BMR/BMI complely health parameter kaise bata skte hai. I am 5'8" and training for almost a decade now. I have good muscle mass and a Little bit of fat. I am 97kg. So just by BMI calculation my stats are always in the category of obese. But i am not obese.

Dont worry about sugar spike people. Worry about lean muscle mass.
If you're a healthy individual with good lean muscle mass, eating in moderation is fine even if there's sugar spike.
P.S. I'm not a medical professional, so this with a grain of salt. It's just what works for me.
i eat that thali everyday and do kalari and yoga till i get sweat bath. and goes to 8hr desk job. i am fitter then most people. the point is do ashthanga yoga or angmardhana and you don't need to worry about it.
Your body works to digest food. There's wear and tear on all body parts over time. It's better to not use the body to digest something you don't need and then exercise to control the damage. Prevention is better than the cure.
@@prakash_77 when i exercise i don't think about digesting food. people don't do exercise to digest food. they do it for fitness. and if you are fit your digestion system works well. good digestion is consequence of that.

His formula for BMI is wrong.Its not height divided by weight. BMI is weight divided by height in meters squared.

What does it mean by ‘Typical’. No typical everyday home meal has all these things. This is a Typical restaurant thali. And if you are eating that everyday you have a serious problem.

I agree.... Aam admi nutritionist sounded too good but Mr Kejriwal refused to take a diet plan with me ...but Virat, Aamir, fardeen, Abhishek, Manoj , yuvraj and about 200 celebrities did take a diet plan...
