Believe me I don't like fast food since my childhood and I don't eat them, I love dahi bachpan se khata hu raw dhai apne lunch pe, rat ko raw veggies khata hu ya kuch nahi khata, morning me fruits dry fruits oats, daliya khichdi ye sab khata hu or sirf Ghar ka khana khata hu, lunch me full plate salad khata hu, juice nahi seedha raw fruits khata hu, drink nai karta, chai kabhi nahi pi, green tea pita hu or bhi bahot kuch jo apne bataya bhi nahi sab acha acha khata hu. Phir bhi mujhe gas or bloating hoti hai. To ye sab kuch nahi hota jiska hota hai usko hota hai simple.

Do intermittent fasting. 16 hours fasting window, 8 hours eating window. Finish dinner by 7 pm. Stop/minimize processed foods like bread, Maggi, biscuits, ketchup. Also minimize fried food from outside -samosa, vada pau, batata wada etc.
